Very disappointing experience at this Panda Express location.
The manager, Jose, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered chow mein and was told more would be ready in about four minutes. I then asked for extra chilies in my kung pao chicken, and he responded dismissively that he had already put “enough” in there.
While I was still waiting, Jose proceeded to make himself a plate, piling it high with chow mein and grabbing two egg rolls. Meanwhile, five customers behind me placed their orders, paid, and left the store before I even received my food.
When I finally opened my order, there were no chilies at all in the kung pao chicken, and the orange chicken was cold from sitting on the counter instead of under the heat lamp.
I’ve eaten here before and genuinely enjoyed it, which makes this even more disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor food quality, and disregard for customers has left me questioning whether I’ll return.

This is the best service I’ve ever had from a panda. The young man loaded my plate with food instead of putting some back like panda employees usually do. The cashier was very nice as well. Great service!

My son doesn’t like vegetables in his chow mein. I understand it’s made in bulk and hard to get out. But when I ask for as little vegetables as possible and I get a small plate heaping full of veggies after asked to wait for 5 min. For a fresh batch. And the managers response was to just throw (not literally) more food as an apology… not a good experience.

Vintage Faire Panda Express
Broccoli in the broccoli beef was hard and not cooked very well. Hard pieces and tastes old.
White rice was good. Service was very good.
Beef should have been hotter. Chow mein better than last time but still too much cabbage.
Not happy at all with the chow mein in my bowl. It was mostly cabbage and very little noodles. The chicken was good and not a whole lot of that either. This was at lunch.

I never do this unless it’s bad, but this is the last time I give this place another chance. Me and people I eat with enjoy Panda except this one. This one is honestly the worst. Food is always made low quality. Bad oil flavor in rice and chow mein every time, and tastes chewy and old even if the restaurant just opened. Even the orange chicken tasted chewy each time and funny. I don’t know how this keeps happening, but I’m not the only one that seems to be having this timing or luck. It’s been everyone I ate with and talked to who’s ate there because I was surprised I checked around.

Do disappointed!!! I found a hair on my plate and I asked for a refund and the manager in charge said that she couldn’t give one because I had partially eaten, but she can give a small side, I told her that I didn’t want the side because I was already disgusted, that instead I would like a refund equal to the price of the small side that she was gonna give me and she still said that she couldn’t to that!

I noticed all the other reviews about this location, but my experience was nothing like them. My experience was good. My portion size was good at this location at least when somethings been sitting in one of their pans to serve and a small amount they throw it away when they receive the new Pan to serve and when I asked the girl serving the food why she threw it away she told me in return that it was such a small amount been sitting there that if she wouldn’t want to eat the food she wouldn’t give it to anybody else so I respected that judgment and at the Evergreen panda when you return it, they throw it back into the bowls and give it to other people just a heads up so you don’t really know what you’re getting and also at the Evergreen store. I watched the guy load someone’s plate with chow mein, and it was hanging over the side and he literally used his hand, opened it up and used his hand to push the chow mein back in and then sent it out through the drive-through window That was gross to see that I feel sorry for whoever the person was in the drive-through that got that food that night I explained to the person about what happened at the Evergreen store, which I will never go back to like. I said they were pretty awesome in there. I was happy. My portion size was good and the food was actually fresh for me sometimes if you wanna wait for something to be fresh, you have to wait for it , but for the most part, this location was way better than the other location. I was going to so until I have an issue, I will continue to go here and I will never return to the Evergreen location of panda express. Also, while I was waiting for one of my dishes that I wanted to be made, they actually put my food that was already done in the container underneath the heat lights so it kept my food warm unlike the other location were you waiting in line for a long time just to pay and they open your lid to your food 5 to 6 times and it gets cold so as of now, I will recommend this location to anybody that I know for the simple fact of how I was treated until otherwise
