The food overall was good and HOT. I ordered the #9 with Cheese Sliders and it came with two sides. I haven’t had White Castle in a long time. The resturant was extremely clean. But my only con is when I came in to order there was a young lady standing off to the side in uniform just standing there talking. She looked right at me and move further out of view. There were two other employees already doing tasks. I had to wait for one of them to finish to take my order and she still kept talking.
That is a MAJOR customer service turn off!! If you’re in uniform or on the clock not currently doing a task why should another employee stop to help the customer while you stand and do nothing? That’s not fair even for fellow employees. This is fast food I’m trying to get my food and go!! I thank the young man who helped and cooked the food. Thank You!!

Sunday, November 2, I went inside to order and cashier and person making the food had a bad attitude. Did not feel welcomed. Also my online order total was different from the in store total. Online total was cheaper and I ordered the exact same thing. Had the feeling that I was being overcharged in store intentionally. For this reason, plus the rudeness, I did not purchase anything.

Good amount of pickles. Some of them had a tad more salt than I prefer, but it was still okay.

The sliders are where it’s at. White Castle isn’t everywhere in the country and when you get a hankering for it, you anxiously wait until you can get the real thing. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken rings though. I don’t know what they did to them, but they have an awful aftertaste. I could only eat a couple before tossing the rest.

Seems like the hubby & I have been loving White Castle a lifetime already & the opening of the Coney Island WC is the best! Never have a problem, friendly workers & always fresh burgers, onion rings & fries! You know they’re good when they barely make it out of the car, lol!
