Just discovered this hidden gem in Sun City! We loved our food and the Thai iced tea was delicious. Perfectly sweetened! Tried the yellow curry which had great flavor and spice, the sweet & sour chicken my son loved, and we also got an order of Pad See Ew to share. It was a great experience.

Everything was amazing and had so much flavor, even without fish sauce.
She doesn’t have a written vegan menu yet but it’s in the works and she can do many of the dishes in a vegan version. Everything was so delicious, cozy atmosphere, lovely and attentive staff.

Hidden Thai gem. You can’t beat the lunch special either. Everything is so good. I highly recommend that you try the spicy Thai soup. It is unbelievable. So many flavors going on with a little bit of citrus in it.

DELICIOUS! I had only gotten the panang curry but I never had such flavorful curry in my life! The portion was a lot smaller than I expected compared to other restaurants however the taste really made up for it. Service was quick and my server was very kind and attentative which I appreciate, it was a short dining experience but I will be back!

Pad Thai is fabulous! Clean and very affordable. Excellent flavors. Food is not salty or too sweet like many other restaurants we come across. Highly recommended with no regrets.

Great restaurant, hidden gem. We ordered pad Thai beef & shrimp, tried the shrimp Tom Kha soup, beef skewers and even egg rolls. They were all absolutely delicious, quality food and service. Definitely will be returning, it had a good atmosphere and clean.

Aside from that, pad Thai is such a simple and popular dish. I was shocked to experience a place doing it wrong. Pad Thai had way too much peanut sauce. It was slimy and overcooked. I asked for them to remake it and it was a little better the second time but still tasted off. My spouse said it still smelled too strong of peanut sauce. We aren’t new to Thai cuisine, this was a bad experience. The waitresses are nice but they really need to be stricter about hair policy. We saw a hair under our plate when it was handed to us and of course I assumed it was mine but my daughter went “that hair is a lot thicker..” it killed our appetite.
This is NOT the first review about hair being in the food. I’m sad to have experienced this bc I truly love Thai cuisine but I’d rather take the extra 10-15 mins and go to an establishment in Murrieta that does it right..

I’m so happy there’s finally a Thai restaurant around here. I’m so glad they finally opened. We tried this place for the first time. They just opened, so I understand they’re still getting into the groove of things. Overall, their service and food is great! They have the best tasting pad see ew (stir fried rice noodles). The younger brunette gal that helped us was very friendly and had great customer service. I think she said it was her 1st job, but so far so good. We will definitely be back.

In the rural South or rural Midwest, Melody Thai Cuisine would be considered “good Thai food”. However, in Southern California, Melody Thai Cuisine does not hold up very well.
Full disclosure; I’ve eaten Thai food at more than 50 restaurants along the West Coast, and Northeast.
I ordered the green curry chicken, which was watery and had a somewhat weird taste to it. My wife ordered glass noodles with tofu and vegetables. They left out the tofu, and the vegetables were overcooked. We also ordered fresh rolls, which were not that great.
I had to wait for about 20 minutes for my to-go food, after waiting nearly 25 minutes before I left my house to go there.
That being said, the employees were very nice and seemed to be working very hard. Except for two employees who were sitting at the bar drinking, and talking to each other about random topics. I’m not sure if they were off their shift or what, but it was kind of odd.
The ambience is somewhat cluttered, throughout the bar area and into the restaurant as well. Furthermore, the LED lighting is too bright and it creates a less than relaxing dining experience.
In closing, if you’re from the rural Midwest/South, you’re over 70 years old, and you’ve never really had much in the way of Thai food, Melody Thai Cuisine is for you!

I ordered take out for pick up as a treat to spoil myself as I rarely eat out. I ordered a chicken pineapple red curry. Got it home & it was BEEF! Not chicken. I was beyond disappointed & this restaurant isn’t around the corner from me. In addition to the food being in accurate, they gave me 2 slices of pineapple & two huge pieces of tomatoes in my curry! Tomatoes aren’t normal for red curry. The tomatoes took up most of the space in my container. The portion was tiny, I gave the few pieces beef to my dog to not waste it. The portion seemed like a small snack not a lunch! I absolutely love Thai food and this is the only option near me, I will not be back, felt like such a waste of $.
