Large inside and outside seating areas with super selections of comfortable chairs, couches, & even swing chairs. Live music on Thursdays starting at 7. Food truck at 7. Happy hour drink menu. My new favorite place to unwind.

Treat the water feature (it’s gross and attracts mosquitoes/runs people off). The cocktails went downhill and aren’t served in the correct glasses. Make a line solely for beer when it’s hoppin (no one wants to wait 30+ mins for a drink and buckets don’t help if folks still waitin forever to get them). This place still has a great vibe, just clean it up/make it more efficient.

Definitely a GREAT addition to Abilene’s cultural district. A little bit of something for everyone. Touches of elegance throughout and NOT pretentious at all. Really enjoyed the fire pit tables. I hope they add a few more during the colder months. The changing mood lighting was a nice feature too. But most importantly, the drinks were FABULOUS!!!

Man 3 days later still thinking about my burger! Was seasoned beautifully. We had a couple of very good cocktails as well. Love the outside unfortunately for us it was very windy.

Fantastic place to go for an evening cocktail and some small snacks. The drink menu rotates for this season and they have their classic beverages ready and in store. they have cornhole, and putt-putt golf. heaters for the cooler days and a beautiful patio area as well as indoor area. There is a private room for parties wishing to have their own space.

What a great place! We were driving through and fortunate enough to have found this place near our hotel (DoubleTree Downtown, also highly recommend). I wish we had this bar and patio in East Dallas! Great food, great drinks and just an overall great vibe! If you haven’t gone, check it out!

Edit to original review: I have gone back to Peacock Patio a few times after it has changed hands. It is not the same as it used to be. The bar and outside patio still have the same decor. That being said, the outdoor furniture it pretty worn, and flower pots of cigarette butt’s are scattered about the patio. It is not the same chic sophisticated bar that it was when it first opened. The bar tender is super friendly, but they do not make the best cocktails. My friend had the bees knees and noticed the zester was not clean. I had a mule and did not finish it. This may be a better hang out for college kids and people looking for a cheap buzz. The drinks are all relatively cheap compared to before. 2$-6$. They no longer have frozen pina coladas or the frozen tail feather that was their signature cocktail. I hate that this has changed so much, but I know that once places sell there will be changes. The soul food truck is gone and there have been several changes with that. I wish them the best of luck, but this is no longer my favorite neighborhood place, and I won’t be returning.

This used to be a cute place when it was new. Now it’s looking rundown. I hope it gets a refresh soon including new patio cushions and pillows. I need to mention that the men’s bathroom was filthy. The same dead cricket was still there from a month ago, and the urinal still had the same trash in it from the previous visit. Makes me wonder if the bathroom ever gets cleaned.

No food served. Fridays and Saturdays there is a good truck there. Excellent cocktails and mocktails.
