Bought some pizza at this Papa Johns for a small group. I’ve recently had Papa Johns in Decatur, which was great. The Decatur Papa Johns must have something going on this one doesn’t. It didn’t even taste like Papa Johns. If the Papa were still around and visited this location, I bet he would shut it down. I’m giving the pizza 2 stars because it was still alright, I guess. If you’re fine with alright, I guess you will enjoy this pizza for passing as pizza, but I’m gonna have to pass on it. They should rename this location to Uncle John’s or something.

The order was submitted at 4:35 PM with a requested delivery time of 7:00 PM. At 7:25 PM, the tracker showed the order was ready but still waiting for a DoorDash driver to pick it up. At that point, the order was already significantly late.
I called the store to ask for an update. The employee who answered, Bronston, did not greet me or identify the business. His tone was rude and abrupt from the start. When I asked about my order, he stated he was trying to find a driver and that they were very busy.
I certainly understand that Friday evenings are busy. However, being busy does not excuse poor customer service or being rude.

We ordered a pizza special but it was no special for a good pizza. The crust was soft, not enough pepperoni and wasn’t hot enough. I had to wait too long to get the order through drive-thru as it didn’t look like the person waiting on drive-thru didn’t have any idea what he was doing. We are sticking with Marco’s Pizza on Florence from now on.

When you get an estimated time for your food to arrive, you expect it to arrive at that time. It has been almost an hour and a half since I’ve ordered and it has still not arrived. There’s no point to give a customer a time to get their food if it is incorrect. The pizza is also cold… no wonder.

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Beware of this location!!! The management needs to go!! They will NOT remake or refund an error!!! I never get on here to leave bad reviews but everyone must know to avoid this place at all costs. Ive remained calm when I called and yet I still get a no on a remake, not once but twice now. Any other pizza place offers a remake or refund, you wont get either here. It’s a scam location!!! Customer satisfaction is not important at all. Is there some management bonus for not having refunds or remakes or what!? Shame on the manager!!!

I’d give this location 6 stars for service if I could. I messed up and ordered a pizza for pickup from the Muscle Shoals store instead of this one. The young man that worked the window was kind enough to match the price for the pizza and called the Muscle Shoals store and had them refund my order. He did not have to do any of that, but he did.
That exemplifies customer service. The pizza was great as always and loved the fact they now offer a small pizza.
We will definitely re-visit this store simply because of the actions of this employee.

My Alfredo chicken pizza was missing the chicken, they didn’t get the cut correct, and they forgot to give the soda I ordered. When called about these issues I was offered 2 free pizzas and the 2L of soda. When I went to collect the redo order, I was told all they were going to offer me was the sofa. Not the first time orders have been wrong.

Placed an order at 10:45pm to be delivered to my job. I was tracking it the whole way, 11:35 it says driver arrived but i never received my order or saw the driver. No one attempted to call me & we have cameras in the parking lot. No sight of the driver. Attempted to call papa John’s because i could no longer see him on the tracker and i got hung up on 4 times. They do not close until 12 and i still never received my pizza.
