Top Rated Reviewer Straightforward, yummy Italian cooking! This was my first order and service + delivery was super fast. Chicken parm was great, fettuccine Alfredo said it had chicken , but didn’t arrive with any so I think that needs updating, at least in DoorDash’s app. The house salad dressing was pleasantly light yet flavorful. Their red sauce is balanced without being too heavy – another nice surprise given the reasonable prices. We’ll be back soon!

Primo’s oped November 2023. Cutest place decorated to really enjoy the atmosphere and delicious Italian food, and of course, very friendly service. The sauce means everything to me per Italian food. Their sauce is awesome for my preference. I’ve ordered 4 spaghetti dinners, with side salad, 2 times this week. I was not disappointed in either visit. Use the drive up to the window to order to go.

My friends and I decided to try Primo’s for lunch. We all ordered a slice of 1 topping pizza with a drink. The slices were huge and delicious. I told my husband about it and we decided to have pizza for dinner the next night. The food was just as good as the previous visit. A mistake was made on our order, which was quickly fixed by management. We also tried the dessert, very delicious as well. We will definitely be back.

I have never been so disappointed in the lack of customer service as I have with this place. First of all, this is my second review of this place. My first review was a 5 star review based on all the pizzas I have ordered from them. It was great tasting pizza, all take out. No problems at all and my wife and I have consistently ordered 1-2 pizzas a week. There was a couple of times the crust was burnt on the bottom but not enough to complain about. After tonight, I have taken that review and deleted it. After spending all day taking care of my mother, which is under hospice care, I had my wife go by and pick up my usual pepperoni pizza. I grabbed 2 slices and started eating them and to my surprise, noticed they had no sauce on them. I thought to myself, this is not like them and gave them the benefit of doubt. I got another slice and it had no sauce. At that point I just put the pizza in the fridge and was to tired to do anything about it at that point. I was up early this morning to go back to my mother’s to take care of her again. She is in Hoover. I took the pizza back up there to see what we could work out with this bad pizza! I left the pizza in the truck out of respect. Did not want to cause a seen and hurt their business. Took the receipt back in and explained what was going on. They asked me to bring it in so they could see. The manager told me that there was sauce on it! I started peeling the cheese back and proved to him their was no sauce on it. Then he spoke to 1 of his employees in Spanish. Looked at me and changed up his poor excuse that I did not call them last night. Again, I have been buying 1 or 2 pizzas a week since they have been open and didn’t think I would have a issue bringing it back when I got the 1st chance. Just flat out told me their was nothing he was going to do about it. I have sent more business to them by word of mouth. Word of mouth by your customers can help make you and it can also hurt you. This so called manager decided to take the muddy road! He didn’t ask what they could do to resolve this problem. I would have worked with him and split the cost for another pizza but he chose to take the “low road” and lose my business plus the others that i have sent there, all over $18.00 plus a tip my wife left them. I will never order another pizza from this place again. This guy should be ashamed of himself and the way he handled this situation! You just don’t risk business to a good customer(or any customer)over $16.00!! If you order take out, you better check your food to make sure it’s to your liking because if you walk out that door your going to eat it one way or another! I will also say after I proved my point about the sauce, he switches gears and said, he didn’t get a phone call last night. This is the kind of people you are dealing with. HE JUST DID NOT GIVE A DAMN IF I CAME BACK OR NOT!! All over $16.00 dollars. I have news for him. This will cost him more than what he thinks!! Really, it would not have cost him $10.00 at the most as I was going to work with him by splitting the cost. SORRY TO CARRY ON LIKE THIS BUT ITS IMPORTANT TO ME THAT EVERYONE KNOWS HOW I WAS TREATED!! AND YOU COULD BE NEXT!! BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS PLACE AND MAYBE THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM SOMEONE ELSE!! I KNOW I AM GOING TO. I WISH THAT I HAD TAKEN PICS TO POST, BUT NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE TREATED SO POORLY & RUDELY!!! I still can’t believe his decision to do nothing! Everybody in Chelsea & Birningham will hear about your POOR decision!! That is my promise to you Mr Manager!! I am a top reviewer on Google!! You have chosen the wrong person to treat be treated so poorly!!!

I had surgery yesterday and when I got home, and was trying to decide what to do for dinner, I said “I really want a calzone!” So, I ordered online, which was a breeze. I got the meat lovers calzone without sausage or ground beef and added onions. My husband got the Sals Special. we also got cheese bread. Everything was absolutely delicious and the portions are huge! Our first time there and we’ll definitely be back.

Second time trying Primos and this is what I got. I ordered half pepperoni, half meat lovers. Crust was burnt to a crisp. The taste of the sauce itself is so good. And the first time I had Primos it was amazing! Not sure what happened today but I’ll give it one more shot in the future.

Pizza is so good! It’s very authentic not like every other pizza restaurant. The atmosphere is great too and so is she staff. I had the white pizza add meatballs and oh my goodness was it delicious!! hope this place stays around for a while!
