When I showed up, there were no employees in front, to make an order; I waited for about 90 seconds before someone came from the back and asked if I needed anything. (even if they were there, it would have taken this long because I didn’t initially know what I wanted.)
Now, you aren’t able to order from the Starbucks app at this store, but you are able to pay with a Starbucks gift card on your app at the store. (It’s kinda confusing.)
I enjoyed my drink though, and I don’t mind ordering from this place in the future… Although waiting could be annoying, and the confusion with ordering and paying on the app is slightly irritating
I’ve always been happy with my experience here! Only thing is that the non-drink items (sandwiches, pastries, etc) me or my friends have ordered are usually kind of dry. Otherwise it’s awesome! Highly recommend this place, it’s great 🙂
