When we first walked into Huevos Etc, the smell alone let us know we were in for a good experience. You could literally smell the food cooking fresh in the kitchen. The music was enjoyable—not too loud, great selection—and set a relaxing vibe for all ages.
The host at the door gave excellent service and let us choose where we wanted to sit. The Christmas decorations added a warm, festive touch, and the entire atmosphere felt welcoming to everyone, including our kids who were a little busy but still treated kindly by the staff.
For my meal, I ordered crispy bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese, pancakes, potatoes, and a T-bone steak. Everything was cooked well; the only minor notes were that the pancakes were slightly overcooked and the steak was a bit over-seasoned. Still, neither issue took away from the overall experience. My mimosa tasted great, too.
The waiters and staff were friendly, attentive, and checked on us often. You could tell they really cared about providing good service. Prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality and portion sizes.
Even the bathrooms were clean and well-kept, with a nice photo wall that’s perfect for couples or anyone feeling picture-ready.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Huevos Etc and give it a solid 4–4.5 stars out of 5. A great spot for families, brunch dates, or anyone who enjoys good food in a welcoming atmosphere.

I don’t know if this is a hidden gem, Those reading this need to try it out. I was not expecting a culinary delight. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros..and what a treat!
First the atmosphere..R&B was being played which set a nice energy to start of the day. Then the service was impeccable, my server was very attentive and polite. The FOOD! when he put the plate down oh boy!! The portions were ridiculous, and the presentation was very pleasing to the senses. It looked like it had a confident culinary flare …(Colorful) reds,greens, yellows…the food was a healthy delicious portion with the price being more then fair…I admit I committed glutny..I couldn’t help but to over eat … rather it was too good not to… easy no brainer 5 out of 5 stars..As The Terminator once said ” I’ll be back”

sat at the bar this morning (friday), was seated immediately. they had a live dj, atmosphere is very “aesthetic“ as far as looks.
food: ordered a blueberry lemon drop and the steak and eggs medium rare. as you can see the steaks color was off putting, thin and it was tough.. had to make a video to send it to somebody to confirm how crazy it looked. not sure why this was ever served but it got sent back. lemon drop was just ok not the worst but certainly not the best. the shrimp and grits w/ catfish was good. catfish was seasoned nicely and fried well. nice portion but kinda overpriced. the cinnamon roll pancakes were ok, the flavor was very one dimensional and not as thick as i’d like.
service: the staff was friendly BUT the bar tender asked if i wanted my reciept, i said no. i didn’t expect to not get my change back after paying cash, my bill was 37 and i paid 45… imo the service was cool but not worth them keeping anything over 15%.

Had to come check out their catfish, shrimp and grits and it was just as good as everybody told me. I came into this establishment and the music and energy was up!!! I loved it!! I also ordered a country fried steak and it was decent. It was a packed house, servers did a good job. I will come back for sure!

We were greeted when we walked in. Everyone was super friendly. The menu was a little pricey on certain things. The pancake batter has eggs in it, so I couldn’t get it. I opted for the avocado toast. It was $17 and came with a protein and eggs. I asked if they could substitute it for grits and potatoes since I dont eat meat or eggs and was told no. I’m not sure what the issue was. Paying $17 for a piece of toast was a little insane. The restaurant was cute and clean. They had a full bar but didnt offer any mocktails so I ordered an orange juice. My sister didn’t like her food either. She ordered the shrimp/grits with catfish and a sprite. She did say the sprite was spriting.

The whole place is a vibe from the second you walk in. Them chimichurri potatoes were hitting, perfectly seasoned a little spicy. The french toast definitely some of the best I’ve had. Not soggy in the middle with crispy edges and it was seasoned! The only picture I could get because I was eating so fast was my empty plates, and I never finished my food.

– I ordered the “Classic Breakfast” – which was good for the most part, other than the potatoes & bacon being a little more on the burnt side. My favorite part of my meal was the french toast.
– My bf ordered the “Meat Lovers” omelette & a Mimosa, and he seemed to really enjoy it.
Service: Our server could’ve visited our table a little more.
Overall, pretty good. Would try again!

I stopped by Huevos Breakfast and Brunch and had such a nice time. I came alone and sat in the bar area. I ordered a lemon drop and the classic breakfast, and both hit the spot. The lemon drop was smooth and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, not too strong — and the breakfast was just what I needed: simple, fresh, and flavorful. The vibes were chill and welcoming, a great spot to relax and enjoy a slow morning. Definitely a place I’d come back to for good food and good energy.

It was definitely overhyped. The wait was terribly long. When they started seating people they did not really go in order of the list they made. We brought this to the attention of the host who said we will get seated don’t worry about it. Then tried to say they were doing it by the list and showed us the list but obviously they were not as we showed them our name and how names past ours had been marked as out as they were already seated. We finally got seated. The server lacked personality. One of the people with me had cold food and was just fed up and asked the food to be taken back and taken off the bill. They didn’t want anymore food from their kitchen. I wish I had made the same choice. The food was not good at all. Let’s just say I was thankful for the pepper and salt at the table. I also notice some sneaky pricing practices as well. Offering other meats as an option but they are really just extra add-ons. Nothing on the paper menu talking about it at all. Which might be something they want to add so people know what they are getting charge before hand. I had heard all the hype but was very much disappointed. The server did nothing to recover at all. The food is over priced especially for what we received. Music is so loud I couldn’t hear who I was with very well. The vibe of the whole place was honestly not good at all. Rather than give us their best they gave us their worst. Sad to say I won’t be back again. Thank you for the underwhelming experience.
