As soon as you get a seat, scan the QR code on the table. That’s the only way to see the menu, order and pay. The food is serviceable if you have to eat at this airport and you wanna manage your costs. Standard Chili’s stuff and sometimes predictability is nice. We got chicken tenders, beef fajitas and a variety dipping set.

I had a great experience thanks to our server, Yeni. Compared to other places at the airport, the food here tasted way better and was honestly nicer overall. Yeni was super attentive, sweet, and made sure everything was taken care of, which really stood out in such a busy airport setting. Definitely one of the better spots to stop and eat before a flight!

What a terrible experience. The guy who got up and left after being refused an actual menu, had the right idea. No one ever said hello or checked in with me. The ordering app never loaded properly. When I was told (by the app) to talk to my server, they were all keeping busy avoiding people so that never happened. Is the staff no longer working for tips? What a disaster. Thank you YE OLDE COLLEGE INN (another restaurant in the same terminal) for actual human contact and service.

Hope you dont want a refill, or a fork to eat your food. Sat down got a beer, and it was downhill from there. As i was ordering food, from the app like it’s still 2020. I was fighting off fruit flies like it was an invasion. I ordered chicken tenders. Three people sat down after I ordered and received their chicken tenders before me…not sure how that happens…finally got my food with a side of Mac and cheese. No utensils or napkins still. Bartender was cleaning the floor…my drink has been empty since before the food was brought out. I got up and got my own for and napkins. Ate the entire meal and then the bartender finally walked over and asked if i wanted another drink. There were 5 other people at the bar. I love chilis but this is unsatisfactory.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I sat on one side of the bar waiting for somebody to even greet me, then went to the other side after about five minutes for any kind of acknowledgement, and was still intentionally ignored. I went next door to Lucky Dogs and Auntie Anne’s to ask if I could get a cup of ice after waiting and they directed me to Chili’s since they had to charge full price for a drink for a cup of ice – which makes sense, I’ve worked in retail, I get it. I finally cut an employee off in their path just to ask for the cup of ice, and was met with the worst attitude and a hard “no.” When I asked if I could even pay for one, lady said “We can’t give out the plastic to-go cups.” … Tell me what they’re for, then? To-go drinks, no? Why doesn’t a cup of ice qualify under that category? And tell me why there’s been a plastic cup of beer sitting on the ledge for the entire hour I’ve been at the gate next to the establishment? Seriously make it make sense. Explain it to me like I’m five.
I’m genuinely confused by the lack of greeting in the first place. What if I was a to-go order or just had a menu question? The bar is consistently crowded and people ordering or trying to order to-go aren’t gonna try to make friends in the single seat in-between airport strangers to get some to-go Chili’s.
Staff here desperately needs customer service training and to get off your high horses… you work at Chili’s.
Would not recommend giving them your time or money. They sure won’t give you yours and they never clean up either.

You need to speak up or use the QR code to place an order here. My QR code didn’t work, however after waiting they took my order.
The food was good, it’s not super amazing like regular chilis but its fine for what’s in the airport.

Order with the QR code on the table and pay with it also. Swiss mushroom burger was really good. Fries tasted old. If I wasn’t in a rush I’d ask for new fries. Overall I’d come here for the burger.

If this Chili’s was not in an airport it would do zero business. The table QR codes don’t work, three separate staff members walked pass ignoring customers even when flagged down. It took 25 minutes to even be able to order a glass of water. Server rolled her eyes and huffed when I asked her to bring out the side of ranch to go with my chips as I ordered in the app, needless to say she never came back. Every table surrounding mine also had issues ordering and getting service. Wish this was a one off but this is the third time in the last six months I’ve tried to stop at this location while at MSY the other two I gave up. Should have done the same today.

Bad service, not hospitable at all. I ordered through the qr code like I was instructed. They were ignoring people. Sat 15 minutes after I ordered without an acknowledgement. After she asked what I was drinking then she asked what I ordered after 10 min went by. Then the bartender mentions they didn’t even have what I ordered and only had fried food. I asked if I could get French fries and to close out my order. She took forever and I basically had to put my card in front to close me out. I almost missed my flight because of this disaster.

I was worried about finding gluten free and vegan options at this airport. Chili’s to go cashier was great. I got a side of breakfast potatoes from there, and I got a Koia shake from the self-serve stand. Super fast and easy!
