Typically Misjudged
Wow. Talk about a nose dive. This place went from fantastic to “will not return”.
Got a ribeye to the tune of $43 + tax. It was tender and cooked as ordered, but more than a third of the steak was fat (see photo). It’s obvious the huge chunk of fat was left on the steak to either make it look bigger on the plate or to satisfy the “16-18 oz” description on the receipt (see photo). Please note, steak size is not indicated on the menu, only “market price”.
Mentioned this to the staff. They said other customers had voiced similar concerns recently. Also said they’d mention it to “him”. Nothing happened.
They lost a customer.
For my money, Twin Rivers next time. Don’t waste your time here.

Recommend coming here if you want to eat a delicious steak and have a great time! The food is awesome, the staff is top notch, and the Dr. Pepper is so good you’d think they had it piped in directly from Waco Texas. It’s a very family friendly restaurant. My one year old boy had a great time at dinner and was excited to see the train come by from the parking lot. Looking forward to my next trip to Bill’s!

Service was wonderful and very fast. Our Steaks were HUGE, but almost too BIG, especially for Women that can’t eat steaks that big. Not everyone wants to take home leftovers especially when traveling.
So, if you all could make a smaller cut of steaks for Women that would be GREAT!! Other than that, everything was amazing!

The mixed vegetables and loaded potatoes were fire, Yum! We had never had smoked tuna as an appetizer, Yum. Much attention to detail was in the food. A good crisp on the poboy bread, beautiful tomato, lettuce and onion. Wasn’t as overly impressed with the seasoning on the fried crawfish, however, all the love on the food makes us want to return to try more.

First time visit for us, couldn’t have asked for better! Great attentive service and the food was delicious! Shrimp and Grits was amazing and the girlfriend had the steak tips which were cooked absolutely perfect and sooo tender and juicy! So flavorful! Thanks for an excellent meal y’all!

Don’t let the outside appearance detour you from dinning at this place! The food and atmosphere are quite the delight. Traditional creole dishes and world class stake make this restaurant a must go to if in the area. Ribeye pictured

Food was wonderful. Staff is friendly and fun. Cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Kid friendly. Fried green tomatoes came deliciously garnished and was a new take on one of my favorite fried foods.
