I visit Krab Queenz for the first time today. We drove 6 hours. When we first walked in it was two young ladies at the front having a personal conversation did not stop once we appeared we just had to wait no be with you in a second or nothing. That’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Once she finish she was polite and ask have we every been there before I said no she explained it was credit card only. No cash or no cash app cards and that 18% tip was added off the top. You also have to pay for your food after you place your order before you get your food. The waitress explain that part. With all that said I got the crab legs in Cajun season it was delicious and my husband got the fish and chips I tasted the fish it was delicious as well and we got the 24 ounce candy crush frozen drink delicious and the waitress customer service was good. My husband wants to visit again soon. A little pricey. I got the colossal crab legs , my husband had the fish and chips and (2 ) 24ounce candy crush drinks and our bill was $121.00. I loved every song that came on good atmosphere.

My cousin and I passed by and figured we’d stop in to try the seafood here. I’m glad we did because we had a great time! Melvin was our waiter and created a dope dining experience for us. We took advantage of the Taco Tuesday/Tipsy Tuesday deal. We tried their Lobster Tacos, 2 for 1 Margaritas and split a colossal crab meal with the sweet heat sauce. The food tasted great and so we’re the drinks! Don’t forget to mention “Taco Tuesday” when ordering, they give you a free shot…. or two! I highly recommend this place if you’re in town. The experience was like no other seafood place I’ve visited.

I love the food! The sauces are tasty. The crabs and shrimp are huge. Con- They take too long to get your food out. I can understand having to wait if you just walk up. But to wait 45 min after placing your order online and then being told it’s ready, and it’s not, unacceptable.

I tried to give them another chance to redeem themselves and they failed miserably. I placed my order around 3:30 pm for a pickup between 5:15 pm -5:45 pm I didn’t leave with my food until 7 pm. There wasn’t a sense of urgency to get the orders out in a timely manner. I witnessed four(4)food delivery associates cancel their clients order because of the wait.
I REALLY wanted to support this business, but they’ve made it difficult. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to give the smallest clusters. I was supposed to have a total of five (5) clusters. I got the below with no sauce and were overcooked. Do these pictures look like 5 clusters? This business could be going bankrupt and begging the community for support and they still wouldn’t get another penny from me!!

Mother’s Day was my very first time there and we were not disappointed! That leg spreader was the drink of the hour at our table and the food was soooo good. That Cajun rice…yes! I will definitely be going back! The DJ was jamming too and our waitress was awesome! I wished I remembered her name but she was great!

Ok so I like the way James was able to handle the altercation we had with the rude server, my party was kindve in their feelings but he was able to resolve & still serve us despite how unruly some of my party was b/c of the server. We almost left & took our money elsewhere b/c of that server. Anyways, I ordered Fish n chips w/tartar sauce. I like how the food was well cooked & they compensated with a few extras b/c of the disorderly conduct of their server. This was my first time here & I liked it despite the situation. I like how they have an actual DJ mixing music. I would definitely come back again. Drinks were good & food was also worth the wait. They should keep tomatoes,lettuce & gator in the rotation b/c I was looking forward to the Po Boys.

My daughter and I waited about an hour outside but once inside it went smoothly. We ordered just crab. Substituted the sausage for another corn. Shared a meal, just to try it out and I ended up ordering a second round togo. Friendly staff. The host was fabulous. I don’t know if I’ll wait in line again but it was definitely good.

Had a great visit here! Before I start, I will be upfront and say that the food speaks for itself. First tip is that there is FREE PARKING behind the building for KQ. Service was phenomenal, Minnie took good care of us! Daquiris are super delish, and they have good flavors and mixed drinks. I didn’t think the sauces were that good personally. Food is AWESOME! Only issue I had is that I’m paying premium prices at a seafood restaurant (way more than juicy crab) but the experience and atmosphere is cheap. I felt like I was in a budget seafood spot, and I had higher expectations for a celebrity owned restaurant. Cheap straws, cheap decor, cheap paper towels in the bathroom, labels slapped crooked on cups…just to cheap for my liking when I’m expected to pay $35 for a boil bag, and that’s just honest. Besides that, go check it out and enjoy the fried crabs!

It took an hour to get drinks. Took another hour to get this flat waffle and these hard and salty gator bites. The shrimp platter was cool. Short staff so that’s understandable due to the times we’re in. But the food was unacceptable given I spent over $100. Very disappointed to be a first time customer.

I’m from Philadelphia, Pa and when I say I would drive the 11+ hrs to enjoy this meal again and again, I am NOT lying The food was absolutely amazing, the butter sauce was bomb and the staff that took my to-go order was super sweet funny and friendly. She recommended a really good drink and had a very nice smile. The atmosphere was s vibe even when it was many patrons. The seafood even reheated well. Only issue was my eggs were left out of my order and it came with the meal i paid for i didnt notice until i got to my hotel room but the food was so good i forgot to complain lol

My friends and and I are visiting from Texas and decided to try them out. When we first walked in we were greeted with a hello and a smile. We were caught off guard by paying for our food right after ordering and the automatic 18% gratuity. The atmosphere was bright and clean. I could even smell the bleach as they cleaned the tables. A DJ added a little hip hop and r&b to the environment, but some of it was quite vulgar and there was a young child present.
The drinks were so creative but I finally decided on the leg spreader it was so refreshing and fruity. My food was on point too. I ordered the crab platter with Cajun butter. The dish lacked nothing. Definitely worth a visit for anyone wanting seafood.
