The employees are always delightful and willing to go above and beyond in order to satisfy our taste buds! We have been here a couple of times and our breakfast/lunch sandwiches never disappoint! I hate drinking coffee from bagel stores because it always tastes watered down but this one always exceeds my expectations, definitely a must visit!

The service to this place is good but the food is not I got pancakes and they tasted dirty and I asked for my bacon to be crispy and not burnt and they definitely served me burnt bacon and my wife got a bacon egg and cheese and the bacon on that sandwich was black. We asked for a remake and were waiting for 20 minutes and it still was not done. Went to get a refund and another customer next to me asked for a refund as well. There are so much better bagel places over here. This place is not worth the wait

I never write bad reviews, but I’m really upset about my experience and def got ripped off. $17 for a grilled chicken blt and a Gatorade. If the sandwich had a good amount of chicken and bacon I would understand that price. However, I barely got any chicken or bacon at all. And the cole slaw was definitely spoiled, I took one bite and thought I was going to be sick. I called and explained and asked for a credit, or something. I don’t usually do this but I go here all the time and felt ripped off. They said they couldn’t give me credit, they could give me a piece of chicken next time.. ?? What? I was kind of speechless and then they said they would give me a dollar or two off next time. My coworkers came over and heard and saw all this and were like are you kidding, that’s not right! Then the phone cut out, so either they lost connection or hung up on me.

Not bad food by any means, but holy cow is the service and price just not worth it. I ordered a toasted egg bagel with bacon cream cheese (the whole reason I went to Bagel Lovers was for their speciality cream cheeses). Instead I got an egg bagel with plain cream cheese and strips of bacon. No wonder I paid $7 for something that could have cost me $4 at any other bagel place around! The building was a gazillion degrees and not much room when you’re ordering/waiting to get your food. Probably will never go back

Do You want the most expensive egg sandwich?? Then go to Bagel Lovers! It’s not even that big of a sandwich for the price.. they charge you extra for toasting your bagel, they charge you 4% for using your debit or credit card, then they want to charge you Tip on their fancy new touchscreen payment device. Don’t waste your time.
