I was really excited to see that this place was open this morning, I got the jalapeno popper, a sausage roll and an apricot cinnamon roll. The sausage roll was simple yet delicious! The apricot cinnamon roll made me so happy, I wasn’t even aware that I liked apricots but this roll was incredible. It was cooked to perfection, and the flavor was all there!
The jalapeno popper was my favorite this morning and I literally gasped at how good it was after my first bite. The bacon was just the right kind of cooked and the filling inside was the perfect amount of spice!
Really glad I chose to pop in here this morning, and will definitely be adding it to my new favorite breakfast stops!

Thank you Kolache Bakery for donating to our fundraising event, a walk for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The sweet and savory treats tray they put together sat next to donations from some pretty big names at the event including corporate sponsors Pepsi, Costco, Starbucks, and others. Once they started serving breakfast, the tray from Kolache was the first thing they ran out of.
Sooo many compliments on the flavors of the Kolache rolls, and how fresh they are. I managed to snag one of the bacon ones and it was so delicious! They taste like a fresh baked dinner roll but with a breakfast bomb experience. Highly recommend giving this place a try for a quick breakfast on the go. Call or text your order in the day before, they sell out almost daily hours before closing!

I came in 2 weeks ago and they were unfortunately sold out, the owner kindly walked us thru the ordering process. This week we managed to get our hands on a box of Kolaches. They are super soft, moist and pillowy the jam is so delicious! I truly don’t think you can go wrong with any flavor !
My mom could not forget about the flavors they had and how kind the owner was and the pride he took in his work ! Special thanks to Trinity, Brianna and Viktoria for working so hard and being dang good bakers too! The kitchen looks super clean and our baked goods were still warm! If I could give 10 stars I would !

Got there about 15 minutes before closing. The nice lady invited us into the kitchen. She had several savory choices. All out of the sweet stuff. I ordered one of each. She very kindly gave me one Free. I told her we are from Eugene and that this was the first time we arrived before closing. She gave me a refrigerator magnet with their number. She told me to call or text and they will hold their delightful baked goods for us.
We split the Pig in a Blanket. I took a bite. I enjoyed the taste and texture of the bread. I took another bite and said, “oh,yeah.”. My third bite left me with a huge grin. The flavors and textures all come together in that extraordinary way that good, very good, baked goods do. A celebration of life. The Jalapeno Popper is joyous. The Chorizo, Egg and cheese is a righteous celebration.

If you could add bonus stars I would. We got married August 10th and wanted Kolaches at our wedding. We drove out and placed a large order in person after seeing the wonderful little bakery and getting a samples of the sweet kolaches.
Grandma Dowling always baked Kolaches for all family functions. Kolache Bakery made it possible to have the sweetness of Grandma at our wedding. Thank you Adam and team for going above and beyond!

My wife and I were happily greeted and served an Italian sausage, egg, potato, and cheese kolache, the last one in the oven, which was not yet sold out. Chris was the most excellent man ever and had so much passion for what he was doing. He came from Dallas, TX, so he knows the authentic real-deal kolaches, which makes them better. The kolache crust was glistening with butter. The bun, when opened, was steaming and stuffed to the brim with topping. The seasoning was on point, and the cheese was perfectly melted. I only got to try one, but I assure you we will return to get more—the prized gem of Lebanon.

Another great gem in the small town of Lebanon! I wish I discovered this place sooner! The owners are super sweet and inviting. I got the jalepeno popper kolache, croissants, and cinnamon rolls. They gave me some to share with my classmates and they all loved it. Everything was delicious and greatly priced. Most definitely will be returning to try out all their other yummy flavors!
