I mistakenly gave this subway five stars on Uber eats.. but this is how I really feel after starting to eat…the weight of the sandwiches was so light I knew I was gonna be pissed..got two sandwiches for myself and husband.. barely one piece of meat on each..very little veggies or anything.. just bread and even the bread was smaller and lighter than other subways.. will never order from this one again

I went there exactly at 8am before work and it was still closed. Waited extra 15 mins and finally she opened the door around 8:15ish. Walked in and she said the oven has to heat up still if I wanted it toasted. I patiently waited and finally got my meat ball marinara footlong chips/ Drink and a soup. Went to work and realized the soup was reheated and it was very mushy!! DISGUSTING! I think she over charged me too. Horrible service. Never again.

I ordered for pickup. Took my bike there after work to pick up my food. As soon as I start biking home I start feeling something stabbing me and cutting me. I get home and notice the knife sticking out of the bag. I open the bag and see it poking out of the. I open my sandwich and there was the serrated knife inside my sandwich. The next day I noticed I had a bruse on my leg. I will never return to this subway again!

The you fman employees did a great job, very polite and efficient. However the owner needs to have more than 1 employee. 1 person for all that steps in the process not enough. I say 3 but at least 2. I takes too long and for other reasons

Dry bread, multiple veggies missing, apple juice was past the best-by date. Took minutes before the employee showed their face, I could have just walked out with their whole chips display. No lock on the men’s room door and no stall, so you’re just free-pooping at the mercy of all passers-by. Every table was dirty. Absolute clown show. I would not eat here again unless I had no other option.

Came here today on Sunday. Was busy lady had about 10 people waiting and people are constantly having to repeat themselves bc she’s on the phone talking to someone while taking peoples orders. This location should have more than one person to help out . But shouldn’t be on their phones while taking care of customers . Food looked so dried out lettuce was wilted, picked looked dry ingredients just were not there. Honestly probably last time coming here after such terrible quality of food and service

Every time I go here, it’s the worst service! The lady making the sandwich was literally on the phone I can hear her talking but got mad when she couldn’t hear me with which bread. She then touched the register while my sandwich was toasting, completely unsanitary!! Then when I was ready to pay she gave me an attitude cause I wanted to use the app for points. Then after ringing me up she was complaining to her coworker while I was walking out!!! I just had review this place I thought it was me, cause I admit I like good service but this is the 3rd time at this place. The ladies are rude, talk about you in another language, and they never change the plastic gloves from money to food!

She didn’t want to give me her name. I placed and order online and bought cookies in the store as I picked up my order. I’ve dealt with this employee multiple times as this subway is right around the corner of my home. I’ve tolerated her BAD ATTITUDE all the time. She ALWAYS on her ear buds talking on the phone in her language in front of me as I was in to order. I asked if the foot long has the smashed avocado.The employee looks at me in STUPIDITY and OPENS the food and points at the avocado in the foot long!!! She says LOOK!!!! Ok…then I asked for the cookies and ready to pay in the store with my app. She starts to yell at me like I’m a deaf person because she has HEADPHONES in her ears and says my card is not working!! I YELLED BACK for someone else to assist me. I’ve tolerated this employee several times with her bad attitude ALL THE TIME. I told the manager IM DONE WITH HER EMPLOYEE!!! I NEVER WANT TO SEE HER OR BE ATTENDED BY HER!! She still refused to give me her NAME!!! AS I WALKED out with both orders she started to SAY SOMETHING IN HER NATIVE TONGUE AT ME!!! The worst way to treat people that come here! She does this with other customers I’ve seen in the past.
