I see all these bad reviews but maybe you all just picky !!! The girl waiting on me was so nice and both my oatmeal and smoothie were completely delicious and filling!!! You all need to quit being so harsh and picky !! Definitely spot after a good workout ️!!! Thanks guys

Just left this place so frustrated!! Started out by missing order after reaffirming order verbally; as a result we had to wait for our Hummus wrap/ ranch on side. While waiting we saw the young girl put RANCH on the wrap!! Tried stopping her, but it was too late……then she asked, ” do you want another”. YES!! so I waited again for the wrap to be made…..all the while, looking at my Thai salad with peanut dressing and realizing, I never received the PEANUT DRESSING!! after another 5 minutes of discussing that I should have peanut dressing, I walked out telling my 11 year old son, that’s the best example of the WORST customer experience ever……I will.never get that 40 minutes of my life back.

Placed an order for pickup around 8:45am. When I arrived at the store, there was nobody there and the lights were off. I called a few times but got no response. After fifteen minutes, I drove away. Around 9:30 I got a call back from the store and they were saying they’re “here now” and can make my smoothie if I can get there in less than two minutes. Disgusting customer service. I normally do not care and am very go with the flow. Stuff happens. I am not the only person I know who has encountered this same issue.

Here’s the problem, they are never open when supposed to be.
7am is the opening time according to the online app and the hours posted on Google. I’ve made 2 online orders. The 1st time I had to wait 45 minutes after ordering, the employee finally showed up. Note they weren’t presentable as a good representative of this business. The 2nd time they just never showed up at all. I never did get my refund for this order. This is poor management. Just awful!

There are no words for how terrible this place is. The people don’t ever know what they’re doing or making, the smoothies always taste different and lack consistency. We got wraps that were half the normal size and watered down smoothies. The people clearly don’t know what they’re doing and the price point is way too high for what you get. Avoid this location

I’m not sure if they’re under new ownership or what but they’ve gotten real “cheap” in the last few months.
The apple kale slaw rarely has enough dressing to even coat it. I’ve ordered extra dressing to try and combat this overall dressing issue they have on my wraps and still no dressing. When there is some dressing it’s watered down.
They’re skimping on smoothie ingredients to the point that you can taste the difference and the consistency is off.
If you are hoping to have a good experience please just don’t go here.

Both employees were so nice and helpful. I submitted a pick up order and they made it for me so fast. The food was delicious and I got everything I ordered. I was greeted with a smile and was treated very kindly from start to end of the entire interaction. This is exactly why I now go to tropical smoothie instead of Smoothie King lol.

Unfortunately, I ordered my food through the app like normal around 7:05pm (which took my order and money! Without any problem) and come to find out when I got there at 7:20pm They’re CLOSED!! Even though the sign says open untill 9pm today 1/1/25. And as I know they use Olo as their system, I know you can turn off mobile ordering which obviously wasn’t done when it should have been to Avoid issue such as this!
