Got two venti drinks. had an issue with paying the lady seemed respectful helping us out. I’m not sure if she had a bad day but as we were waiting for our drinks you could tell she was annoyed. screwed up one of our orders and we were about to tell them they made the wrong size only for them to screw up an order for a customer before us. (was suppposed to be iced and they made it hot) Once we saw that we knew they weren’t going to make our other drink right and sure enough they screwed up our next drink aswell. This will be the LAST TIME I ever visit this locations. I’ve gone a maybe 10 times over 4 years and they’ve only gotten maybe 3 of my orders correct in the first shot. I don’t understand how you can screw something up in the span of 10 feet WHEN YOU WRITE THE ORDER ON THE CUP. Wish I could leave a review with no stars. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have never waited so long for a coffee we’re talking 45 minutes to an hour. I tried to get a pumpkin cream cold brew today (main reason for stopping) and there’s no vanilla so no cold foam to be made. This Starbucks needs some serious restructure / staffing TLC. I like Starbucks for the consistency but after this being the scenario here every year, we will not be back

Cadence (forgive me if the spelling is wrong) was amazing today. I an a newly diagnosed diabetic and she went above and beyond to explain everything for me. Even offered to have some additional sugar free syrup options for me next time I come in! She took her time and was so patient and kind. She made me a delicious drink! Thank you so much, you really made my day!!!

I don’t know what happened with this Starbucks other than apparently new staff, but wow it took 22 minutes for an venti iced caramel macchiato and online ordering not available. Need to get better. The old crew was way faster.

Called to ask for their hours which are until 7pm. Drove up from Spencer to order their passion tango tea. The worker informed me they dump their tea at 6:30. If you’re open until 7, all drinks should be available to be made.

I’m a frequent customer and have stayed away ever since Jackie I think her name was in management. My drinks have always been tasty but the customer service is usually horrible. The baristas always look like they hate their job and it makes for an awkward encounter. I stopped in today and met their new manager I believe her name was Harmony and she made my experience there very welcoming and for that I want to come back. The other baristas were all joking around and the environment felt lighter than it had been in a while. I ordered the pumpkin cold brew, I highly recommend.

Usually there drinks are good but lately they have not been! I order the violent drink and it was white and it didn’t even taste good so I threw the whole thing away and didn’t even drink it. Also they need to have better customer service! Other than that drinks are good most times but I don’t know what happened lately.

Service has been lacking from what it used to be. Last few times my order was wrong or they acted like I was asking too much to get a drink no longer on the menu but they still have the ingredients. I dont say much at the time, thinking maybe they just were having a bad day or short handed, but that seems to be the norm more often than not.

Oh goodness. These ladies are always having a great time back there, I’ve never been there on a quiet day for them. They all seem to really enjoy their job and get to crackin when theres a line of customers. Being the only viable coffee shop in spirit lake they do great. Of course the prices are jacked, but that’s just Starbucks in general. I also really enjoy how they connect with their regulars and interact with everyone. Truly a great environment.
