I ordered a simple cheeseburger. The meat and bun we’re very cold. I returned it and they gave me another cheeseburger that had been microwaved so hot that the pickle burned the side of my face and the rest of the cheeseburger was hard as a rock. Never Again! Tonight’s experience was not good. The whoppers were not good at all. The fries and onion rings were okay. The Hershey pie was the best part of the meal. The worst part of the meal was the tea. Both sweet and unsweet tasted like they were made with bleach water. I did bring it to their attention and they were aware of it. We had to pour our teas out and get something else to drink.

I love Burger King however the one in Greenville was the worst BK I have had. Burgers and fries were lukewarm at best and they didn’t use the thing they put the Burger in to melt the cheese and give it quick warm up.
Our order was bagged although we where dine-in.
Trash overflowing. And the self serve drink area is a sticky mess.
I’m not impressed and will probably choose to eat elsewhere.
But they do have a TV.

If I could give negative stars I would. The young lady at the drive through was very rude and unprofessional when I asked for sauce! She tried to argue with me saying it was in the bag when it clearly wasn’t!

I placed a mobile order hoping to get through quickly and it still took over 20 mins to get through the drive through with only two cars in front of us. Then we were missing a chicken sandwich and the one we did get was missing the lettuce and pickles we’d added.

Waited 10mins for a rodeo cheeseburger with no one else inside the restaurant. And then when I get it served to me I get no bag or napkins! Please do better in your service and the food was sitting cold in that window

The girl who waited on us was phenomenal. I have a medical condition where I can’t digest raw fruits and vegetables, so I always order a Whopper with just mustard and mayo and cheese. She even went into the back to make sure the cook understood the issue. We waited much longer than usual, and when the food came out, it was a standard Whopper with EVERYTHING on it. That wasn’t an accident, that was deliberately done.

I feel so disrespected.
I ordered a plain bacon king they put mayo on it and you can tell they wiped it off.
Not going back to let them make it right they know what they did when they wiped the mayo off the burger instead of remaking it.
