Love Arby’s. I wish one was closer to where we live. This store is nice, clean. The roast beef sandwich is like candy! Tried the new steak bites. They tasted more like bites of a good roast. But I like roast. So I liked them.

I’m visiting from out of state and stopped in for lunch today. What a great experience! They were busy but all the associates worked like a team taking the orders and filling them. The food was extra good along with being hot and fresh. Dining area was clean with a nice atmosphere.

I recently ate at this location and ordered the number five which is a chicken bacon Swiss combo. I was eating my sandwich and it was hot on the outside, but on the inside of the sandwich, it was raw. I took the rest of the sandwich back, and they asked me if I wanted another sandwich. I said no I just wanted a refund. Hours later still throwing up, still feeling nauseous I just think that this is ridiculous, and disgusting as you can see in the pictures.
Raw chicken as you know can carry bacteria like salmonella.

I’m definitely a repeat customer. Great mozzarella sticks. The happy hour special is a great deal (2pm-5pm: $1 each—ANY Slider, Small Fries, Small Drink, Cookie, Small Shake). I’m not a fan of the roast beef Arby’s is famous for, but I like a lot of their other menu items. Try the Corned Beef Slider. 🙂

Door dashing and stopped in to pick up order. I don’t know what’s happened to customer service these days. Black lady, with braids possibly, could have been a manager, between the hours of 7pm-8pm and had on pink — the worst attitude of all time. Slammed my order down and I was the nicest I could possibly be to her. Just be kind. At LEAST say have a nice day. She was very rude. If I was her manager, I’d be pissed.

ordered off uber eats, my food was t ready for 45 minutes, it was 11 at night ok not busy hours but whatever, i ordered a 9 pc nugget meal, 2 cookies, and they only gave me 6 nuggets which were so rock hard i couldn’t eat, 1 cookie, no straw for my drink, and no sauce or anything like i ordered.. on top of that my bag wasn’t properly sealed by arby’s . very disappointing because i this was my plan b meal for tonight as plan a failed, i’m hungry tired and now very disappointed. do better arbys

Ordered a #1 combo with no salt on the fries, they came with salt. Went to eat the roast beef and cheddar sandwich, it was not hot! They need to get a steamer like Fire House Subs and steam the meat so it’s hot when served. Flavor of sandwich was good, would have preferred a hot sandwich. It was not even warm.

Stopped here after leaving the hardrock to get my son a bite to eat. He wanted to try the new milkshake, but they pulled a mickey dees on us and told us no shakes available. The curly fries were not even half full on the 2 large orders. The containers were filled with the crispy leftover pieces and 1 curly on the top. Could have gotten a decent burger for the same price at hard rock but decided to go with the faster option for a big disappointment. Never again.
