Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. This is a direct shout out to Sydney & Mark! From Bellevue – Chickfila thank you for handling a large order. Anytime someone walks in or mentions Scooters. Heads turn! Today was one of those days. And between handling a line of cars & being the only two people there during lunchtime. Not only did they both support each other but handled everyone’s order, including our 12, perfectly! Thank you for the drinks! You both did an awesome job!

If I could give zero stars, I would! Ordered 2 medium peppermint hot chocolates. Paid $13. Both of them had espresso shots in them. Very heavy coffee flavor. If I wanted coffee, I would have ordered coffee. I wanted HOT CHOCOLATE! Wasted $13. Couldn’t drink it. Won’t go to this location ever again.

I ordered the Strawberry Horizon Red Bull Infusion, and I am most certain that all I received in my cup was ice and Red Bull. I have had the drink at other locations, and they were great. This one, however, was not good. I have had issues with this location prior not making their drinks correctly. I will not be back to this location.

Went to get my every day go to before my drs appointment (in a rush so I couldn’t check) and they forgot the sauce for my spicy breakfast burrito, so I stopped at another scooters and they told me they’re not the same chain and I had to pay for a little sauce packet. Very bad customer service.

I ordered my drink and bought a bag of coffee. They gave me the wrong drink I went back, asked for the right one. They then tried to give me back the coffee that was wrong with cold foam on top of it so I went back asked them to make me the right drink. They then handed me the same drink with foam on top of it. I ordered a cold foam drink, which those do not come with ice. She tried to tell me that they do and that I ordered the wrong drink. I know what I ordered because I ordered it all the time. Long story short, the customer servicer is horrendous. I’ll never go back to scooters again!

My recent visit to Scooters was nothing short of a disaster. The staff failed to fulfill even the most basic aspects of my order. Despite requesting a specific size, I was given the wrong one. Additionally, my coffee lacked the cream, sugar, and caramel syrup I had explicitly asked for. To add insult to injury, I was charged twice for what should have been a $1 coffee. This level of service is completely unacceptable. It’s clear that this establishment lacks both competence and customer care. I strongly advise others to avoid this place to prevent similar frustration.

I went to three scooters and none of them have change When I go to the scooters on 36 the one on twin , they always have good service. They always have change and they always have product. These other stores that are on cornhusker they never had they never have products. The only one I give five stars two is the one on 370 by the twin creek Every time I go there, I always have wonderful customer service. They always have money so they can change Big bills

I absolutely love this place! Coffee is always delicious the people are friendly and it’s always clean inside!! I also love the new Candyland theme!
