Ordered mexican pizzas and burritos and they placed the burritos in the bag on top of the mexican pizzas smashing them entirely. She even handed my bag handles up so the mexican pizza boxes were sideways in the bag until I straightened the bag out …by that time it was too late. All the top of pizza was stuck to the lid and chips were soft Ruined. Zero common sense. .. wasted my money. I live only 5 min away from the store, pizzas should not have soft chips in that time. How hard can it be?

Taco Bell food is great however their service is too delayed. Every time you order either online or in restaurant, there’s delay of almost 10-15 mins. The drive thru is little faster. There’s no one in the desk and nobody bothers to listen to your orders. Please have someone to serve the order fast as people need their food faster. The taste of the food is always good.

I had a very bad experience during my recent visit to Taco Bell, despite ordering in advance through the app. It still took 11 minutes to get my food,
Unfortunately, the quality and taste of the food were even more disappointing:
1. Mexican Pizza – The sauce was extremely limited, and the beans tasted very dry, almost like frozen beans that weren’t properly cooked. The quantity of beans was also too much, throwing off the balance and flavor of the dish.
2. Chalupa Supreme – The chalupa shell was very hard and dry, making it feel like it was frozen and just reheated. It lacked the freshness and softness expected from a chalupa.
Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Taco Bell. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the quality and consistency of your food and service.
I hope Tac bell management takes some serious actions.

This is not fast food. Our family could eat at a dine in Mexican restaurant faster than a to go order is even made here. We put our order in on the app while headed home from a long day of traveling for pick up so we could get it home faster. Our order was expected by 7:23. It was not even started by 7:45. We asked about the order around 7:25 and were given our drinks. Our food order still was not started until about 30 minutes after that. Hands down the worst fast food wait of my life. Should have went to a restaurant and had a margarita over dealing with this ridiculous wait time. It makes me sick that we didn’t just cancel our order but we had been traveling since 6am and hoped to save time by picking it up on the way. What a joke.

Came in today and the customer service was terrible. The lady at the counter was busy on her phone the entire time. When I asked her a question, she didn’t respond just nodded her head.
When my food was ready, they left it sitting on the counter without saying anything or letting me know it was mine. To make it worse, one of the coworkers brought in Whataburger and the staff all walked away to go eat while we were still waiting.
By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Taco Bell. Some people should not be in this line of work if they don’t care about doing their job. Save your time and go to the Taco Bell off Custer and Virginia Parkway instead.

I’ll pick up lunch at this location after school, so I get the same person on the mic at the drive thru every time. She has been consistently rude, and carries herself with an attitude of misery. My first 5 jobs were food service, so I get it—genuinely, and that’s why I tolerated it for my previous orders, but she needs to watch how she’s talking to people that she doesn’t know. Today she cut me off multiple times while I was speaking and ultimately made the interaction longer which I’m sure she was trying to avoid by cutting me off.. but girl…if you LET ME SPEAK it would’ve been done and over with! This location needs to have someone with better temperament on the customer service end please cause she’s making things terrible for the both of us, and she really has no business treating people the way she does.

Worst customer service ever ! I simply told them they forgot a taco and made such a big deal out of it. She kept rubbing her face and rolling her eyes like I was an inconvenience!? Mind you there wasn’t any line or anything so I wasn’t holding anyone up. This Taco Bell always forgets something every time I go. I don’t recommend this Taco Bell at all! I was ordering different meals for other people of course I am gonna need all my food to be there.

This location has about 8 people on the clock and two of them actually making food. The other six will look you dead in the eye and not even speak! Just waited 25 minutes for a simple order! And there were another 8 people waiting on their orders just as long! Lady making the food was eating as she made food! Not a single apology was offered!

when i tell u i have gone here multiple times and the service is ALWAYS bad. don’t even bother doing a pickup time because they won’t put it on the shelf at the time and they’ll make it too early and hold it in the back, and you will just be standing there waiting for it. no one really attends to the front either and u just have to flag someone down. once my tacos were literally half filled w ZERO SAUCE and they had been sitting out for so long they didn’t even taste like they were supposed to.
