The girl working on 11/1725 did an awesome work making my pizza. I couldn’t believe how perfect it was. I would have taken a picture but the pizza didn’t last long. If she is always making them like that then she is very valuable to your company. God Bless her.

I would not be leaving a bad review if the employees just apologized for not putting the pepperoni on this “two topping” pizza. Instead, the employee said, “I know for a fact I put pepperoni on your pizza” … which implies I was lying and continued to argue with me. I even had my coworker verify there was no pepperoni.
I did not even want a coupon or refund. I just wanted to let them know I was unhappy because they said 18 minutes but it took an hour, (was not going to call or review for time) but the time PLUS the mistake made me feel the need to call. His attitude made me leave this review.

I really appreciate the manager (Q) she really gave us exceptional service and very fresh tasty pizza as a replacement for night shift which I dbt knw why it tasted so funny. But I called and let her know how the service was last night and she took care of it like the great person/management should. Very nice/professional and didn’t give us any issues. I will make sure to order in the daytime while she’s there because the pizzas she sent were so gd I can’t even explain it. Even the pepperchinis were fresh vs last night they were bitter and dry. She made sure everything was fresh! You are definitely a great manager and advancement for this company. Thankx again Q….

I’ve Always loved Papa Johns, but I’ve never been to this location as I recently moved to this area of town. And I have to say unfortunately, that it was the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. The crust was so burnt yet rubbery that we couldn’t even eat it. We had to pull the toppings off and eat them, which had absolutely no flavor and since the pizza was overcooked, the stuffed crust was terrible. I don’t hardly ever order out anymore as I’m a widow on a very low income, So I was splurging and ultimately spent, including delivery fee and tip, $25 on one large pizza that was horrible. I should’ve just saved my money and bought groceries with that. I’ve learned my lesson…. don’t go back to Papa Johns.
