We ordered on the app. We drove in to pick it up ten minutes later and it took another fifteen minutes for our food to come out of the door. We watched at least three cars come in and leave the drive through while we waited. I even went inside to make sure they received my notification that I was there. What I thought was my fish sandwich was wrong. My bad for not checking it. Broke my heart to find out I had a tiny children’s double hamburger with no mustard or cheese. It was super dry. Bummer, but I should know better than to go to Sonic. Just make sure to double check everything before you leave. Even when they’re not busy, they can’t seem to get it right.

The drink was good. The meal, well it was absolutely awful. Here’s a pic of what is supposed to be a chicken strip w gravy. The poppers actually were ok and fresh-ish. I will not eat here again. A brutal fast food experience that frankly was embarrassing for such a cool city.

It’s one of the cleanest Sonic’s that we have ever stopped into. The ordering boards were clean along with the parking stalls. Service was quick and friendly. Will be back again next time we are in Taos.

We ordered chicken tenders and a burger. They both were inedible and went into the trash. I didn’t realize Sonic was no longer using real meat. They don’t admit it, but there’s no way that’s beef.

Typical small town sonic. However. The dude mumbles into the mic. After repeating that I couldn’t hear, he mumbled again. Then just shut the “red button” activation off and didn’t answer again. Ordered from the app instead while sitting in the same stall. The girl who brought the food was so sweet tho.

I came through the drive through today and after waiting 20 minutes in the line, it was now my turn to order and the lady over the intercoms screams “GO TO A STALL” I would like to point out that over half of the stalls do not work at this location. This establishment provided the worst experience that I have ever had in Taos after living here for over 13 years. Unacceptable.

***30 MINUTE WAIT*** Six cars in the drive-through line 30 minute wait to get food in hand. I saw at least four or five cars bail out of line because it took so long. They cost me my entire lunch break and made me late for my next appointment. Speaker Box has a note that says they’re shortstaffed, but they’re not. At least four people inside just moseying around, no sense of urgency whatsoever. The food I had waited 30 minutes for had been drying out under a heat lamp. Don’t waste your time or money.

I’m a door dasher here in Taos New Mexico and there are times that our customers orders come out pretty quick but that usually in the night the day crew they like ignore there DoorDash orders they take forever we would be sitting there for like half an hr just waiting for them to answer the red button that we press to get our customers orders! People order door dash so that way when the person goes and picks up the order it will be done when they get there n handed to them asap!!!! N if it’s just drinks or shakes or slushes those orders should be out right away first no matter if there was somebody ahead of them the customers drinks shouldn’t just sit there just because someone ordered before them doesn’t mean they should be waiting for there order that only has drinks door dash orders and orders with just drinks should be first. Carhops need to be more respectful and they need to start caring about there orders and customers.
