This was my first time at this location, the customer service was good and so was the food… I ordered the large 5 cheese garlic crust pizza with beef and a buffalo chicken papadia… Definitely a must try and I will be back for more ❤️

I should have learned my lesson the first time my order was jacked up but unfortunately I didn’t. I placed an order for 2 large original crust pizzas. Let’s start by saying the pizza was not hot when it arrived, but I can live with that. What I can’t accept is the fact that the crust was thin and crispy, overcooked and undercooked at the same time. Calling the store is a waste of time no one answers. I didn’t have time to return the pizza to the store I ordered delivery for a reason. I can say I will not order pizza from here again.

So I’m gonna keep this g rated for the kids. Because I am furious right now. Like I will NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS AGAIN AND I EXPECT A REFUND. First I ordered my pizza well done to prevent this from happening. Obviously it is not well done at all, second I ordered a square cut pizza. I don’t know I must not know my shapes at all. Because that sure as heck looks like triangle slices. This is the third time papa johns has gotten my order wrong. I spent $27+ plus to throw my dinner in the trash. Thank you papa johns for your outstanding inability to follow the simplest directions. My only thumbs up for this place is the parking.

I love Papa John’s pizza and sides but this location disappointed me a couple times. The first time, a lady was rude to me on the phone and said she was from another store just helping out this location. I didn’t end up ordering that time because of her rudeness. The second time, I ordered in the app. I got really small pieces of boneless chicken wings in my 10 pcs order. I probably won’t be ordering from this location again.

I would give five stars but not tonight. My pizza was burnt at the bottom and wasn’t cut properly where it wasn’t cut all the way through. The pizza looked terrible, but my brownie look good.

PIZZA CONTAINED METAL SHARDS IN IT… EMPLOYEES SAID IT WAS FROM THE OVEN LIKE THIS IS A REOCCURRING PROBLEM! Seriously though… my 18mnth old and 4yr old could have been seriously injured the the employees didn’t even care!
