Very authentic Vietnamese spot! We had the Bún Bò Huế and it was awesome — the soup was rich and flavorful. Definitely recommend, and can’t wait to come back to try more dishes!

They serve a wide range of traditional Vietnamese dishes and are known for the Bún Bò Huê, which is a beef noodle soup that is made with lemongrass, shrimp paste and chili oil. It is much more powerful and richer than your traditional pho.

On first sip, this was the most flavorful Vietnamese soup dish I have ever had. Lots of umami. The beef was delicious as well, especially from the bone. There were some things in the soup that may be for the more adventurous eater including tripe(intestines) and blood cake. Interesting textures, but tasty nonetheless.

Came on a Tuesday during lunch hour and this place was extremely packed, so unsure when this place isn’t busy. Staff was really nice and sat me/took my order relatively quickly considering how busy it was. Place was really clean and really big.

This was an amazing trip to O Lien Kitchen off of federal in Denver! They have so many authentic Vietnamese dishes that you cant get at other restaurants. One of my absolute favorites is the Mi Quang, a savory noodle soup with lots of pork, shrimp and even quail eggs with a turmeric rice noodle. Its so savory and tangy! I also got to try their combo platter of different steamed rice cakes! I’ve definitely never had anything like it before and it was a textural delight! So chewy and light! Definitely give this place a try to branch out from just Pho and Vermicelli!

Came here for dinner after landing at the DEN airport. The crepes/appetizer were really good. Noodles were slightly on the drier side but all the proteins were perfect.

First time here and I can say I was impressed. Good prices, delicious food, large portions and really fast service. We had the Bánh xèo and the Bun Bo Hue beef rib. They both were superb.

Our waiter Tai was really nice ans showed us a bunch of new items they are adding to the menu. Even though we live 30 minutes away, we will definitely be back.

Absolutely incredible Vietnamese food and the only place in Denver I’ve been able to find ban xeo! We love coming here for brunch. Favs are the Vietnamese spring rolls, pork skewers, and ban xeo, but the pho is also 10/10. Best of all, the service is incredible. Our server brought us extra pho broth without us even asking and had amazing recommendations.

My wife and I have tried a lot of dishes here, including their famous Bun Bo Hue. Contrary to others, for me they have the best Pho I/we have ever tasted. I am Asian and have lived in a lot of places in the States and tried pho from various restaurants, but nothing to write about. Before I found O’lien, Pho was never my favorite. This place made me fall in love with Pho. Something about their broth made me always going back for their pho again and again. Can’t really describe, but something about the additional ingredients they use make it so delicious and excellent. The other thing is also the pho broth is not sweet like all other places. At the time I write this, I have never been to Vietnam, but I am going to Vietnam soon and hopefully can have the comparison with the birthplace of Pho and Bun Bo Hue.

This is the best Pho I’ve ever had and for a very good price! The service was fast and extremely kind. We got fried dumplings and spring rolls. They were both so good! We then ordered two large phos and It was an extremely big bowl with delicious broth, meat and veggies. So much noodles too! Everything was just extremely delicious and the prices were inexpensive for how much food we got! Can’t wait to come back here!
