Sorry. I just had to come in and edit this original five star. Whoever was working the drive-thru was horribly rude and unfriendly. He clearly hates his job and people. And to add insult to the way I was treated, the Oreo brownie Frosty fusion was a frosty that he put Oreos on top of it and squirted some chocolate in it. Like, you can be miserable,, but isn’t necessary to make everybody else miserable around you. If I get sick tonight from this food I know why. 1,000% will never go back to this.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning here last night. I didn’t eat at all yesterday until my husband went through the drive-through and brought me home a chicken sandwich last night. I knew immediately it was cold and dry, but after the third bite, I told him I just couldn’t eat it because something tasted “off” like old grease… and I hoped that’s all it was. Today, it’s a good thing I’m home.

I rarely review fast food places. Usually just get your food and go and you get what you pay for, for the most part. Today I had a different experience at Wendy’s. I pulled up and immediately was greeted and told if I could wait for a little while, which I love because I hate just sitting there in silence, and nobody saying hi to me or anything. When I got to the window, the girl was so nice and bubbly, and just seemed really happy to be there, which never happens. My food was fresh and of course, yummy. Definitely coming to Wendy’s again. Thank you!

We did a mobile order and waited through the whole drive thru, and they told us to go wait in the moblie order parking, but the mobile order parking was full. When we finally got our food, my burger was stone cold, and my wife said her chicken sandwich tasted like old oil. The frosties were normal though, which is why it’s not all 1 stars.
I hope I can change this to a better review next time.

3 weeks ago, I went to this Wendy’s, waited in the drive-through for over 30 minutes to get my cold food. Today, there was no one before me when I got there, but I still waited almost 10 minutes to get my cold food again, and on top of that, they messed up my order.
I ordered 1 Dave’s Single no onion and 1 Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Not only I didn’t get my crispy chicken at all, but I got double the amount of onion that I don’t want.

Waited in the drivethru for 30 minutes with only one car in front of me and only ordered a kids meal… they were so slow and inattentive. The guy working was unboxing things while I was waiting at the window to pay and get my food. Incredibly slow.

I have never written a review before but I had to with what happened today. I WISH I WAS MAKING THIS UP! My first bite into my food I bite down on something hard and it was a BOLT! A piece of dirty metal was cooked into my burger patty. How bizarre.

Bacon burger had no bacon or mustard which was specified, was given no sauce for any of our items. Lady that handed the food out said nothing but thank you in a very monotone and stone faced way and seemed to just want to get it over with. Value was good but that’s nothing to do with this specific wendys.

Ordered six meals then drove home to only find five meals in the bags. My bad for not checking but still— basic service failure on Wendy’s part. Tried calling the store a few times but got a message that said call back later. Do better Wendy’s!!
