The Classic Chicken sandwich which is awesome here. I willing drive across town to get one from here. I get it from the drive through, so can’t speak to the decor. However, the window staff while pleasant, don’t go the extra mile to smile and make me feel welcomed. The one on North Hills doesn’t either. Both sort of act like they are doing me a favor by selling me their food. I wish they could be more friendly. But the quantity of the sandwich goes a long way to make it good!

They are disaffected, slow, and they don’t care about their customers. Never order online, it takes forever.
It is better to drive thru because the worst service is inside.

I had lunch here today. The chicken strips were small, about half the size that they used to be, and overcooked. Tough and chewy. The mashed potatoes and biscuit was good though. I have to say that I was disappointed the last two times I’ve eaten here. And if the chicken strips get any smaller, they’re going to have to start calling them nuggets.

Second time I have gone through drive through and second time I have paid for a meal and NEVER received. Was told 15 minutes but 35 minutes later every car behind me received their meals. Tired of the thievery at this kfc branch.Asked for my money back both times and they just kept saying 15 more minutes. Disaster!!!

Food is ok if they have it in stock. The manager was yelling across the kitchen asking me how she could help me but before I could answer she started on another order in the kitchen then came back to help me. Then told me they did not have the items I ordered… then when I ordered 3 chicken strips she asked me if that was going to be enough food for me (I took it as she was saying I was a big girl)

If I could give notice stars I would! This had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant! When I tell you from the minute, I pulled up at the speaker to the minute I pulled out of the parking lot. It was a complete disaster then after throwing away $32 worth of food because the girl did something to my food when I called Corporate, they didn’t even help. I will be taking this to social media and I will keep telling people all about this experience until it gets resolved! I am still in complete shock that a company can actually get away with taking somebody’s money getting the food back and not refunding it now wonder why the attitudes were so bad at this store because the corporation is standing behind ugly. Never in my life have I ever been treated with such disrespect? My family nor I will NEVER go back to this location let alone this concept. I hate to admit, however this has forever traumatized me to where I will never look at this company the same.

Just had the most pleasant experience at the drive thru. The two staff who helped us were extremely pleasant and the person in front of us had paid for our meal when we got to the window. I could tell the employee thought it was as nice as we did.

This was my second attempt to place a mobile pickup order. Both times I ordered on line from home and drove the 7 minutes to the restaurant. Not only was the order not ready and in the designated Quick Piickup Box either time but I waited over 5 minutes at the front cash register for someone to wait on me (the only person in the store). Employees passed me the entire time and didn’t acknowledge my presence at the register in the lobby. Hard to tell how long I would have had to stand there if I hadn’t finally spoke up.
