Discovered that Subway was running their special, buy one footlong sub and get one free and just couldn’t pass up the deal. They are about a mile away from me , very convenient location. I always use this location, employees are always friendly, it’s clean and well organized. Husband and I both ordered the Ultimate BMT on Italian bread, the woman making them was so nice and talkative, really appreciate that. With the 2 subs, tax and a tip it came to around $15.00, a real meal deal! We got the subs to go and they were made well with very fresh ingredients, we really enjoyed them. Hub ate all of his, I ate 1/2 and saved the other half for lunch the next day and it still was pretty darn good. Update: decided to give the another chance a year later. No different. Ordered less mayo and received yet another sub soaked in mayo. Maybe they are unable to read their online orders.

Reached out to the company and the owner. However, was just emailed about how the staff is trained well. I’ve attached pics of my foot long steak sub with easy mayo looked. As you can see very little steak and loaded with mayo. Horrible customer service as the staff then the owner never offered to make it right. I’ll stick to your much more customer oriented competitors and advise others to as well.

Sorry but the food quality has really gone down at this location. Gotten sick to my stomach the last 2-3 times I ate here. Meat tastes weird, the lettuce is yellowed and browning, the cheese hardly tastes like anything. Not sure what’s happening.

I always go to this Subway and never had any issues. Today was different the 2 young men that was working was terrible. I asked for 2 subs toasted and they put them in the over but must of not turned it on when I got home they was not toasted or hot. They was to worried about the customer behind me and giving him a discount and hooking him up. The worker’s should not tell customers they will give them discounts n hook them up in front of other customers . The subs was terrible and I paid almost $40 for the nastiness.

I normally am not one to write reviews but the man with dark hair and a beard has a horrible attitude and both my mom and I got extremely sick after eating here. I had a to go order when I asked for my drink cups he looked at me and then walked away so I grabbed them myself I didn’t want to cut off the lady in line in front of me or I would have just done it myself in the first place. After I grabbed my drink cups he told me I wasn’t allowed to have them and I needed to give them back even after I asked him if he wanted to see my receipt of where I purchased the drink cups and I would not give back a cup that I had already touched for another person to use it’s unsanitary and unprofessional and after reading many reviews it seems like the management couldn’t care less on how he treats their customers. This whole establishment needs to do better.

I don’t know which team member(s) made my sandwich today because I dashed it, but it is truly artist quality. So happy right now because you cannot get an old school pizza sub anymore. This is the best version of a traditional Subway sandwich I’ve had in ages.

When you are in the business of customer service, you should not be rude. The only reason we’ve been back to this location was the sheer convenience of its location. The last time we were in there, I about walked out before they even finished making the sub. The completely apparent irritation the employee has that he has to make a sub is overpowering. Then heaven forbid you aren’t quick enough to answer the type of cheese or whether you want it toasted or not. If people hate their job that much, it may be time to find a new one. This location has become out of the question. If we want Subway, we’ll drive out of our way to get it. I’ll spend my money where the people are more friendly and kind.

Ordered my kids dinner on the app after a late baseball game. (9:20) Claimed they never got my order and refused to make it even after I showed my receipt. So he called the manager and she also told him to refuse me. So now they have my money and my kids don’t have dinner. Definitely won’t be back.
