I go to Noh Kitchen on MaKinley and first regularly. Never a complaint. I read the negative reviews for kitchen #2 prior to visiting and I have to say, I did not see any cockroaches, the food was excellent and hot, the banmi was crunchy and loaded with meat and veggies, the employees were awesome, my food was on the table within 5 minutes of my order and the store was clean. Highly recommend this place if you like Vietnamese cuisine

I normally give 5 stars but I gave 4 stars this time because I went in to order a Vietnamese sandwich but there was no bread so I ended up just ordering egg rolls and Thai tea. The eggrolls were okay. They were nice and crispy so thats good. Thai tea it doesnt have alot of flavor, it tastes basically like milk. I dont taste any sweetness or tea flavor. BUT the customer service and atmosphere was nice. Great, friendly, fast customer service. I had two young males who helped me when I first walked in. I believe both Hispanic. One was behind the counter and another took my order. Both very polite and respectful. A lady helped me with payment. I have no complaints about service.

Medium size dining hall from party of 1 to party 8 – I’ve seen.
The dishes are served fresh with the best ingredients and toppings. The flavor of the dishes is on point and bring in the authenticity.
Service is consistently good and they really care for customer service.

I was craving for Vietnamese food and saw that this place also had Bahn Mi. I decided to check it out, and I’m so grateful that I did. Their vegetable pho is flavorful and full of vegetables and tofu. Anyone can do vegetable soup, but the vegetables, noodles, and tofu combined had a really good texture that I savored every bite. The bahn mi was also delicious and a great texture experience. I wasn’t able to try their coffee, but it’s a really good experience. I got served pretty quickly, given that I ate their at 9:15AM. I think this is a great place to go to.

The bone marrow was a huge and generous portion! Lots of marrow and meat! This is how it should be each time and both locations! (This location always has better portion and customer service than the McKinley location) The service was quick and great!
Bone marrow and P0 are our all-time favorite dishes here! If it is like this every time, we will come much more often!

I have been coming to buy many times but recently had a bad experience. The last two days, on Sunday, I came at 7:25 pm and waited quite a long time, almost 25-30 minutes for 3 sandwiches, but the problem is when the sandwiches were brought out they were not crispy and did not have as much meat as before.
The next day, yesterday, I continued to come at 7:31 pm to try again but the result was still very slow and no apology. I ordered and waited a long time but got the question “What did you order?” but the problem is that people who came at the same time or after me got their food before me, at that time the staff even joked. The experience was quite bad, I want to explain this matter properly because I spent money and received disrespect.

It started off with the sign by the front door: “please wait to be seated”, which is entirely fine. The wife and I did, and were fully ignored with zero acknowledgement for the next 20 minutes. Multiple employees walked by numerous times, but apparently with no urgency.
We were finally seated. A minimum of another 20 minutes went by before we were approached by any server. Maybe busy? Not sure, considering more than half the restaurant was empty. We’ve been in the service industry for 20+ years so we’re quite patient and understanding. We order spring rolls and a simple soup with no beef bone or marrow or anything time consuming.
40 minutes go by… We noticed a table receive their food before us, though seated and ordered after us. A server came by and said our food was on the way. Another 20 minutes go by. Still waiting, more people getting seating around us and no food coming from the kitchen.
Enough was enough. We approached the counter, told them to cancel our basic order and left. We did inform the 3 small groups waiting to be seated of our ordeal and mentioned the far better service at “Huong Lan.” They all left as well.

Food is great! The pho is awesome but the ambiance is kinda dirty. It takes them a awhile to bus tables and thr bathrooms are dirty. Had lunch with my mom and the first table we saw was filthy. We’ve been here for at least 20-30mins and thier dirty tables were still in the same state. If they kept it clean, this place would be so much better. Their condiment holders look like they’ve never been wiped down.

Honestly, the service was Freaken amazing! lots of help since I have a 1 year old that makes a mess. The waiter was verry nice and helpful as well, shoot. I’ll just come back for the service alone.
The atmosphere is a bit misleading because it used to be a Boba hangout spot, and it still sorta gives off that vibe, but it has a vietmese style of a pho restaurant. I still enjoyed it. Also, the robot that brings us food is most definitely amazing! For sure, I’m going to make a video of it and post it up as a reel for views for the restaurant.
Okay, time for the food part.
We ordered the beef pho (the biggest one they had). btw it was pretty big, not gigantic, but it was a good size for a hungry person who eats a lot. Comes with lots of beef and also a beef rib with some meat on it, and I love the new style. Also, the broth was on the better side of pho that I love. For sure, the pho was cooked for quite some time, then served. NOT like some other places where they just refill the pho broth with water and serve it.
Eggrolls were decent, nothing fancy, not super crunchy and / or crispy, just eggrolls.
The rice plate was probably the more disappointing out of all the food we ordered. The presentation looks great and the smell was great as well. But the taste of the short ribs were a bit too ashy, like they were next to the charcoal and caught a bit of the ash and made it taste a bit funny… other than that, I wish they also sold the deep-fried pork belly. ( fyi if they did and I didn’t see it, I apologize)
Last but not least was the vietmese sandwich. It was right in all the right places.
Has a nice good crunch to the crust of the bread, which is a must. The meat with the veggies that compliment it was perfect, the only thing I believe we didn’t get was the jalapeño that sometimes they put into the sandwich for that extra kick. That’s it.
Overall we will come back for food, my family enjoyed it and will come back for more and can’t wait to try more on the menu!
