why does a place that says they deliver use an uber or door dash? i live 3 minutes away, yet my online order is taking 1 hour. why? because, for some reason, a taxi service is delivering my food. i am under the weather and unable to go out to get my order, thus the delivery (for which i paid a fee and tip). start questioning any restaurant that says they themselves deliver, because they probably outsource that, and pass the cost onto us consumers. jimmy john’s – do better.

I usually get my food really quick and fast but are you kidding me this is twice now I’ve ordered from this location and some reason you guys always use uber eats and my food isn’t made correctly and why put it on uber eats IF THE PERSON DELIVERING THE FOOD IS ON A BIKE?!!?! like last time I ordered a sandwich for my sister payed extra for pickles and pepper never got them my dr.pepper was watered down and flat on top of it. I placed a delivery order at this location on December 14 at 3:38 PM. My order was immediately canceled, presumably because the store was preparing to close, as they close at 4:00 PM on Sundays. I did not receive any notification or phone call informing me that my order had been canceled.
I contacted customer service, but they were unable to provide assistance. I also spoke directly with the store owner, who indicated that he would look into transferring my delivery to a different store location. However, I have not received any follow-up communication.
For anyone considering placing a delivery order at this Jimmy John’s location on Sundays I recommend ordering before 3:00 PM, as orders placed later may be canceled without notification. And all management will do is brush it under the rug as if it’s a U issue

I love this Jimmy John’s. I order online then pick it up in the restaurant and eat there. I’m about 2mins from the location and my order is always ready for me when I get there. Also the restaurant is super clean! Nice place.

Ordered delivery from this location and it took an hour! This location is a 5 minute walk from us but we had to work from home so couldn’t go out to the location. Food came and looked absolutely disgusting, mushy chicken and the bread looks terrible. I will never be ordering from this jimmy John’s again!

Seriously Jimmy John’s!! I paid almost 20 bucks for this sandwich. Never ever had a sandwich so skimpy from JJ. You’re awful! What a waste of money! Do yourself a favor find another location they’re all over the place. This one skimps on meat and cheese. Again a 20$ sandwich here. What a JOKE!
UPDATE! 9/5/2024 Jimmy John’s on River St in aurora, IL SO bc they were close I tried again. First off the guy making the sandwich made it wrong. I told him sorry that sauce was supposed to be on the side he took the sandwich and SLAMMED in into the garbage and was so mad making a new one. Then he threw on a little meat and some jalapeño crisps that was it! He did this intentionally bc HE made the first one wrong. This just proves why I’ll NEVER go to another JJ again. Plus they forgot the chips! So I had to go back! All JJ workes are lazy and don’t care. I’ll be sticking with Jersey Mikes or firehouse going forward!

Honestly didn’t want to do this but at this point I have to. Ordered delivery today, was really looking forward to my sandwich, took 50 minutes to get to my house. I ordered a wrap but specifically asked to put it on French bread, it’s on my receipt as well, they didn’t do that at all, but I also put no mayo and no cheese, they read off the no mayo no cheese but they didn’t want to look at the put it on French bread part? Isn’t it all supposed to be together?

Wow how terrible. My teachers ordered sandwiches from this place and it took and hour to arrive and one of my teachers sandwich was DRENCHED with mayonnaise even though she specifically said no Mayo. No lettuce, straws, or tomatoes too. Sandwich wasn’t cut in half either. Really embarrassing for a corporation.
