I haven’t had Papa John’s in years, we tried the new ‘personal pan pizza’. It was actually very good. Ordered via Phone, picked up the order with no issues and I would definitely go back just to try the personal pan pizza, which had lots of flavor and the dough was great. In terms of takeout pizzas, Papa John’s and Little Caesars are my “go to’s”.

I have been eating Papa John’s for my whole life and never in my life have received a raw pizza. The crust was burnt/cooked but the middle was raw dough when i bit in to it. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed by the service. I called the store and spoke with the “manager on duty” and he stated “I baked this pizza myself and there’s no way it is raw” and proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do. I felt very disrespected by this so called manager. It is unfortunate to see this business make a mistake and not own up to it or do anything to make it better for the customer. I would like to add I purchased 2 pizzas and both were raw after scraping the tiny bit of cheese off. Pizza was mostly sauce.

Front line workers are always helpful. Even the woman who managed was a pleasant surprise and the pizza is always good.
But please do something about your ordering system! On-line ordering isn’t working most of the time and the phone service can’t seem to get the order right. It’s fine if you can reach the actual Papa John workers, but not good if you get the service.

Where to start…. We placed our carryout order at 609 pm, it was marked ready when we arrived at 6:33 pm. When we got there, we learned they hadn’t even started our order and waited until 7:03 pm. The food was good, but boy I wish we wouldn’t have paid ahead of time. Just a poor experience.

This place took over 35 min past the guaranteed pick up time. No apologies is no update on how long it’s gonna be. They haven’t even made my pizzas when I got there. The pizza was missing the dipping sauce, but I’m not gonna go back there for that.

Of course, this is a chain store but this particular one has bad service. Your pizzas are often late. One time, I went to get my pizzas and they told me I would it would be another hour so I had them cancel my order. The online order site asks you if you want to tip. I always say no since it’s take out and I’m picking up. Sometimes I think that’s a factor but at this point I don’t give a rip because I’m not going back. Domino’s is always on time and doesn’t ask for a tip.

Placed our order for delivery, food said being delivered and showed up 50 minutes later. We are big dipping people and paid $6 extra in sauces for them to bring non of the sauce we paid for. When we called the store no one answered and wouldn’t do anything about it. This is at 9:00 at night. Will not be ordering from here again.

We ordered online for delivery. After waiting over an hour it finally said out for delivery. So we waited. Finally called the store and they said it was for pick up. We paid a delivery fee and tipped a driver. Never ended up getting our pizza. They didn’t even offer to try to fix it.
