This China Wok is the BEST location hands down! Their Sweet and Sour Chicken is my favorite. The chicken is always moist inside with a crunchy coating on the outside, delicious! Their Crab Rangoon is tasty as well and comes with a big serving of sweet and sour sauce. Highly recommend this location off New Salem! Do NOT go to the one off Memorial Blvd, their food is not good and not up to par with this location.

Well, I have to say that I have eaten Chinese food on four of seven continents and China Wok is just outstanding in all aspects. Their food is just awesome, I can certainly recommend the Seafood Delight with the House Chow Mein for the side, the serving size will feed two adults with no problem. The atmosphere inside is friendly and always clean and tidy.

I’ve been here twice. The first time, both the soup and chicken-on-a-stick had no flavor and the chicken was so dry I couldn’t even eat it. I decided to try it again. This time I ordered bourbon chicken with white rice.
I’m not sure what this is but it’s not bourbon chicken. And again, there is almost no flavor. It just tastes like bell pepper. I had to add teriyaki sauce at home just to give it something.
I won’t be going back.

China wok USED to be my favorite Chinese restaurant close to home.
Since the beginning of 2020, the food quality has gone dramatically downhill: from being my favorite to being one of my most despised. I usually don’t post until I have had a few bad meals. At first, early 2020, the chicken was beginning to be “stringy.” By mid 2020, It Seems as if they are like all the Chinese restaurants in my tiny Podunk town growing up in the 90s; they would use old, proorly maintain ingredients to save a buck rather than giving their customer the best, within reasonable limits.
I could be too hard during these times, but we all know good food is important and we all want the best. After saying the above, you can only hate something in this way after once you loved it. I hope the owners redeem themselves. I hope to find myself journeying there every week once again to get my favorite.
NO ONE made it like they did for YEARS!

Stopped in here one evening to get some dinner on the go. The staff was very friendly courteous and helpful. We had the sesame chicken with lo mein and it was excellent. I am sure it will be back. Thank you for the great service and kind words.

Please follow the instructions on the Notes when people place their order on Uber eats. I asked for my general Toso chicken to be fried extra crispy with light sauce got my order to my room. It was the complete opposite. The sauce was filled to the very top. the chicken was not fried extra crispy. It was very soggy. I took a couple bites taste and it taste so weird. Never had that flavor of general Tso before and right out there eating the chicken a couple bites I begin to throw up the food was very disappointing. If people request their food to be paired a certain way, please follow the descriptions
