Absolutely the best Mexican restaurant in town! The service here is incredible — everyone treats you like family from the moment you walk in. You can tell they truly care about their customers. The food is just as amazing — the tacos are packed with flavor, and the burrito bowls are fresh, hearty, and delicious every single time. Every bite tastes homemade and full of love. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food with unbeatable service, this is the place to go!

Delicious! Filling! Great fast-casual dining experience!
Went here before going for a walk with my friend.
The queso was fresh. The tacos were filled with meat. Many items on the menu that I will be back to try.
I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

The place is very clean and colorful. I agree with some comments and no offense to anyone but the food does not feel authentic, it is fine but I feel that it can be improved. What I did like is that they have a board with tickets where you can exchange for food if you don’t have money that seems very noble to me on the part of the restaurant.

Was bought out by new owner mid-February. First time here since and just so so… definitely not as good as it used to be. Would suggest Tuesdays and Thursdays going to tasty yolk in Branford for tacos and burritos.

Cute spot, very nice and welcoming staff. God the burrito, would have been perfect if they paired it with a couple of tortilla chips with the order for $15 but it was pretty good.

We live in Waterbury and are fortunate to have all the good taco trucks downtown, we swear Waterbury has some of the best tacos in the state, but after trying Pica Chica, I have to question how well I know tacos. This place is insanely good. We will be going out of our way to get food here from now on. Highly recommended!

We were leaving the beach and was looking for something to it. This place wasn’t a far drive at all and pretty close to the Clinton outlets as well. The prices are good and standard for what tacos are going for.
I would say the fish tacos and the cauliflower tacos are currently my favorite. I most definitely be back to try some more. Lastly, I am not a dessert person but my family loved the dulce de leche. They tore that up in seconds. I would recommend this place for a delicious bite to eat.
P.S – They have a wide range of hot sauce which is awesome to spice up that meal if you are a hot sauce fan.

I’ve been here several times and it’s always delicious. If you’re stopping in on a lunch break it’s best to call your order in, because it’s prepared to order there can be a bit of a wait. But that’s a minor inconvenience when the result is fresh, well prepared dishes. The spicy fish tacos are my favorite item, but it’s a daily special and isn’t always on the menu. The chimichanga and the tortilla soup are also excellent. They have a hot sauce bar with a large variety of quality hot sauces of different scoville levels. Decor is creative and fun with a friendly relaxed atmosphere. One of my favorite lunch spots.

Not bad Mexican food…sauce wasn’t a hit, mostly tasted bland, no street tacos? Had a lot of hot sauces in the store but nothing hot in the food and no lemon. Tacos were full of meat. Nicely to go container. I wasn’t sure if I could eat it at the place or told me to leave with the togo bag handed to me.
