We recently chose Vive to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better spot! From the moment you walk in, the aesthetic is absolutely gorgeous and so cool—it truly elevates the entire dining experience.
As an extra fun touch, we ordered their Halloween themed drinks, which were creative and delicious!
Our Anniversary Feast
Calamari Appetizer: A fantastic start! The addition of the sweet, spicy bite from the peppers really made the dish shine.
Branzino with Caesar Broccolini (Mine): The fish was light, flaky, and perfectly cooked. The Caesar broccolini was a unique and delicious side that complemented the branzino well.
Truffle Norcini (Husband’s): My husband thoroughly enjoyed his pasta! It was rich, flavorful, and definitely satisfied his truffle craving.
Biscoff Cheesecake: Our server recommended this, and we’re so glad we listened! It was absolutely delish—a perfect sweet and comforting ending to our meal.
Vive is the ideal spot in West Bloomfield for a special occasion or just a chic night out. We can’t wait to go again soon!

Our server CIARA was amazing this valentines day. She was familiar with the menu and gave us her honest opinion. The food and drinks were good. They were booked but it was not crowded. We spent $360 it was well worth it. The ambiance was just right. We will be back.

Came in as a walk in on a Saturday and they were very accommodating! Very friendly front desk staff. Seated within 10 minutes. Started off the either calamari which was amazing. My husband had the lemon chicken and I had the wagyu burger and both were very delicious!! The cocktails here were great. The service was among the waiter was constantly checking on us. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

The food was good. I had the Chilean sea bass with black rice. It was just a little salty, but flavorful. The lamb meatballs were ok for an appetizer. The drinks were really good! Nice, chilled atmosphere.

I loved it! The bread service was great, the drinks were delicious. I love the atmosphere and decor, and the service (thanks, April!) was top notch! Both the short rib and sea bass were very tasty.

The food was trying to get there with flavor but then fell flat. They mixed flavors that didn’t work well together. Lamb in chick peas and hummus was really bad. The alcohol was good and the mocktail was good. The service was good. The atmosphere was decent even with the pink bathrooms that reminded me of the old school ones from a Detroit grandma house. I’m not interested in going back.

Went to VIVE the other night with some friends and it was great per usual. They have a new cocktail menu for Valentine’s Day and they updated their food menu as well.
The Cosmic Kiss cocktail had a red lip stamp which was such a fun touch (and it tasted amazing too). Food was just as good. The calamari was thick cut, crispy, and super tender, not rubbery at all like most places. The steak bites were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor, and the caviar deviled eggs were insane… easily one of my favorite things we ordered. Of course I also ordered the lamb bolognese and finished off with the Ferrero chocolate mousse cake. If you haven’t tried their bread service and desserts, I highly suggest you do, you won’t regret it.
Service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out fresh and fast. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to.

Ambiance was absolutely lovely, however, the food was a great disappointment. The arancini was not very flavorful but the chicken parm in vodka sauce was even worse. My fiancé had the wagyu burger which did not live up to its expectations either. The cocktails were very good and the cocktail art was a fun touch. Would recommend if you want a nice spot for drinks but wouldn’t eat dinner here again.

A truly amazing place – service, vibes, food and drinks are ALL top tier. They have the BEST burgers and spicy margs! Also love their house-made pastas, pastries and sourdough!
I’ve also attended a few events in their private dining room and it’s such a beautiful space!

Vive has a stylish, well-designed space, but the atmosphere is pretty loud with the music and everyone talking over it. The menu seems promising, but some dishes need refining. We started with a few appetizers, but they were underwhelming—the braised lamb bite was cold and flavorless, and the Caesar salad didn’t taste like a real Caesar. The calamari was decent but needed more of a kick. After that, we decided to skip dinner altogether. Surprisingly, the sourdough ended up being the star of the show. On the bright side, the drinks were solid, and our server, Sierra, was fantastic—funny, attentive, and easily the highlight of the night. With some tweaks to the food, this place could be much better!
