Wednesday the 21st, 2025, I came inside and ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel & a chocolate frosted donut. A white lady had made my sandwich but she only toasted the bagel & bacon, btw in the picture that is not cheese, melting. It is something growing off of the bacon.
gave me cold slice of cheese & a frozen egg. I had came back later that day to let them know what they did. They acted like it didn’t happen, I came thru and specifically asked to have my egg and cheese cooked, they laughed like I was being funny, Even though I showed the manager the egg. Thursday the 22nd of 2025, I ended up getting sick, it’s May 29, 2025 and I’m still sick for taking a bite into a frozen egg. I heavenly eat there. But it’s gonna be my last time. I ended up getting sick from Food Poisoning. I lost a ton of days of work/weight & still counting. They should do something about that worker, I wonder how many sandwiches she made that day without the thought of asking her manager if she is doing it right. I had just ordered it and she brought the bag over and said it was done. I demand some sort of compensation.

When I told Camila there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom she just gave me a blank stare and said “ ok” as if she could care less. I figured I’d tell her because she had just gone in before me so it made me question if she used soap after using the bathroom. Her demeanor is very dismissive and rude as if she doesn’t want to be there.

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese, 2 coffees, and a donut. The 2 bacon egg and cheese were not included in the order, and they refused to pick up my phone calls. Do not order from this place unless you want to wait for your breakfast, only to not receive it and have to order somewhere else whole you’re already starving. Awful customer service. Do better, will NEVER order from here again and neither will anyone that I know.

I hadn’t visited this Dunkin’ in some time, and unfortunately my recent experience was not positive. I waited in the drive-through for about 10 minutes before my order was taken. When I requested a refresher, I was told it could not be made, though the reason was unclear. Overall, the long wait and lack of clarity around the order were disappointing.

It is ALWAYS something with this store. Whether you order in advanced on the app or when you get there they are always messing up my order and taking forever. I ordered online today and 20m later it is still not ready. They gave me my food, but then looked confused when I asked about my drinks. I live right next to this location and have been going to the one on Bennington instead, but they suck too!

It’s 3:30pm on a Saturday and waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes. There was only one person working. Person working said they only had one person scheduled that day. No way to run a business. Also half of their menu board has been off for over two weeks.

Me and my mother came here this morning and she needed to use the bathroom, while she was reaching for the toilet paper there was poop all over the toilet paper, the sink was just dirty and disgusting, we then told the manager and he gave an attitude and said “ill deal with it later” and was being rude about it, he didn’t even change the toilet paper, a few weeks ago before this my mother also came here to get a coffee and there was a hair in it hanging out. I do not recommend this dunkin donuts, looking at the reviews its not just me with a problem.

This has to be the WORST Dunkin’ there is! Its so worth the trip of going to the East Boston Dunkin’ ALWAYS mess up your online order. I was actually given the wrong order the other day, but my name was on the order on the bag. Once I noticed I had to go all the way back & wait in line yet again. They acted so confused what I was trying to tell them. I do not know if its a language barrier or what, but they are the worse. I feel they’re only still around because it’s a drive thru out of Winthrop. Any person out there trying to have a successful lucrative business, try to find space on your way towards Orient Heights and watch how successful you will be. Maybe my review will influence them to do better-but for now I recommend you go to another Dunkn’ Orient Heights has a drive thru also. Good Luck

I ordered a midnight coffee and they gave me a regular coffee, if you can call it that, that was water with milk… a terrible thing… the worst thing about DD is that they start cleaning at 8:30 pm, and I don’t understand why, the closing time is 9 pm. Suddenly that’s why they gave me that terrible coffee. Be aware that the customer is paying, you are not giving it away for free.I paid $3.41 for water with milk .
