I delivered from this restaurant and customers tipped, but the tips were not passed on. This is unfair and misleading to customers who believe they are rewarding the driver/service. Please be transparent about where the tips go.

I used to love going to lunch at this location. If they weren’t busy, the would make just the pizza you wanted at the lunch buffet. Now they never have pizza out at the start of the buffet time and they cut off new pizzas 30 minutes before the finish. So if you don’t like the choices they make (pineapple and ham?), you are out of luck. Not even a regular cheese pizza. And if you complain to the new guy working there, he just says “no.”

This is one of the best Round Table’s around! They really take their time to make your order right and it shows. Pictured is the Charred Lemon Salad and a Chicken BBQ pizza. I have tried the salad at other Round Tables but this one has been the best! They give you the right amount of ingredients as well as charring the lemons! Thank you for great service!

I’ve been eating Round Table Pizza for 45 years and this location is the worst I’ve ever had. I would not recommend going to this location. Go to the one in the marina in San Francisco. Julio is great at that location.

Absolutely the worst service and rude staff. I live close to this location. I order delivery often. In the last year I have placed close to 40 orders. Every single one of them was wrong. Wrong salad, wrong dressing, wrong wing heat level, wrong type of wing, no condiments after asking specifically for them. Even after all this and numerous complaints to the customer service for delivery, they still messed up the order. Obviously they know me by now and do it on purpose. The manager is a argumentative arrogant person. My forever last order was a medium pizza. The pizza came with 3 inches of crust and the ingredients pile in the center without the extra chicken I paid for on it. What was the point of ordering a more expensive pizza when it was smaller than the personal size for extra money? Plus, again no condiments I had asked for. I called and asked for a refund. No one ever called back or followed up. I will never order from this location again. Bummed because they actually have decent pizza unfortunately not this location. Hard Pass.

I arrived to pick up the food I ordered and paid for on their website around the time it was said to be ready. There was a long line of people from the same group who had just arrived. Even though they were in the same group they were ordering one by one rather slowly, and it was loud. I could see my pizza on the counter, it was the only one there. After waiting several minutes I decided to just walk up and claim my pizza as I figured it was getting cold. The first thing the cashier said upon making eye contact was telling me to wait in line. I wish the cashier would’ve been less dismissive and simply asked what I needed first. It took all of three seconds for them to hand me the pizza and salad bowl (never received a fork and just got one from my hotel). Also, there was no Caesar dressing for the Caesar salad, only blue cheese and ranch. I didn’t bother asking and promptly left. Maybe I shouldn’t have tipped on my order ahead of time. I wish I would’ve just ordered food from somewhere else.
