Jordan is one of the most hard working employees I’ve seen in the food industry. I’m a regular, and before I can even get into the building, he is already preparing my order for me. He remembers, and cares for the clients he serves, which isn’t common in this industry.
The food is always good too, and the service is incredibly quick. By the time I’m done paying for my food, it’s already on the counter for me.
I would highly recommend coming to this Jimmy John’s in specific if you would like to receive the upmost respect, diligence, and customer service you have ever received.

This location is a must “check your order before you leave” place. Order extra of some topping? Check before you leave or you’ll be disappointed. Order ez lettuce? Remove a cup worth of lettuce off your sandwich. Order napkins? Rip that stabled bag open and check (there will be no napkins.) I feel as though there is not standard for what an employee should deem as Reg/EZ/Xtra. Or if there is, it is definitely not enforced. This isn’t just from a recent order but rather consistent enough that I felt compelled to share this review.

The employees are always friendly and attentive, and the store is always clean. When I order in-store or online for in-store pickup, they are always fast. Ordering delivery isn’t great though, unfortunately. I live 5-ish minutes from this location, but on average, it takes about 20-30 minutes for delivery, which isn’t what I consider “freaky fast.” To end on a positive, they are really great at fixing any issues. My order was missing a side, so I called and they had someone bring it to me, which I really appreciated.

First time ordering a sandwich and I was actually quite happy. Plenty of meat and bread was fresh. And unlike most sandwiches you purchase the bread was actually small allowing me to enjoy the meats.
