A late breakfast with the Wife today. She got one of the wraps and enjoyed it with a coffee, I got a breakfast sandwich and a cola. Service was quick and the food made the way we wanted it. The music inside was a little too loud and the A/C set very low but all in all we enjoyed our meal and will be back again.

Google maps dumped us out at the wrong parking lot. :/ Quick pleasant service and good sandwiches. Clean front area, lunch rush hour not too crowded, nice mix of clientele, easy to find parking.

This is my first review for this subway, but my third bad experience. Yesterday I walked in about 12:00 pm with the employee making a drink for a pick up order. She turned around and very gruffly/rudely said you are going to have to wait a very long time because I have eight orders ahead of you and I am all by myself and walked out to deliver the pick up order. I stood there speechless. Mind you no one was in line and there was only one other person in there eating his sandwich. I finally just walked out dumbfounded. Obviously this employee needs a lesson on customer service and her approach. From the other reviews management is not concerned with making money or keeping their customers coming back. I had a very similar experience once before with her complaining about it would be awhile before she could get to me. She is always rude and impatient with her customers. Had she been kinder and presented the situation differently I would have waited. Or she could have just made my one sandwich since no one was there waiting inside or out for their pick up orders. She should be fired!

Don’t typically write reviews but really poor customer service here. I walked in wanting a sandwich and was rejected because she had a mobile order ahead of me which would have been fine if there was an apology, or even a welcome when I came through the door or even a ‘have a good day’ when I left because she said it would take 30 minutes. Really poor service and would recommend the extra 10 minute drive to the subway on 98.

This subway isn’t the usual one I go to but it was the closest to my house and we decided to get it for dinner. I got there around 9pm and service was slow. One co worker had her children there and was distracted by that when making my sub. Upon exiting, they were quick to lock the door about a half hour before the advertised close time listed on their door and on google. I’ll never come here again as the one closer to mulberry is more friendly, cleaner and better overall.

We got there around 1pm. There were a group of guys eating at a table, otherwise, it was empty. We waited quite a bit for anyone to come from the back and see that we were there. There was no bell or anything to let them know they had a customer. Once the lady saw us, she told us just a minute and started sweeping. I would have preferred that she lowered the glass covers down over the food before sweeping behind the counter. It feels dirty. We were in a hurry but waited patiently for her to sweep the area behind the counter. Then we ordered our one 6 in sandwich. Not hard. But she seemed annoyed by us. Even my 13 yr old picked up on it. But maybe she was just having a bad day. I don’t prefer this location as I ordered online from here a while back and they had the order behind the counter. I had to stand in line anyway. The drink machine had a lot of choices out of service. Chip selection was sparse.

Very poorly run. Night mgr was extremely rude at closing time, and gruffly dictated that i was to leave ,stating they were closing. Its not whether or not you are right. I got into my car and turned the engine on and checked my email messages. The night mgr came out and angrily demanded i rolled my window down as he confronted me. , yelling at me that i could not momentarily park in the parking lot that it was against the rules .I checked the law which states that as long as i occupy my car, as it was idling with the headlights on , i was not illegally parked. I will be discussing my treatment with the owner or head mgr about the disgusting treatment as a customer i received. The food was substandard.

We ordered online, & everything we ordered was not accurate. We called the store about 5 times and they finally answered, Johana answered with a bad attitude. Blowing her breathe, acting very inconvenienced. I ordered mine with no onions bc I’m allergic, got onions all over mine so now I can’t eat it. My dad ordered with no tomatoes bc he’s allergic, & got them all over his sandwich. They said it was ordered that way, which is false. She said “sorry, nothing I can do call corporate and complain”. We will never get food from here again. Honestly, there’s no reason to be like that. If you hate your job that much, don’t work it. We spent a lot of money just to not be able to eat it. So, that’s great.

There is an annoying loud woman who works here.
I usually try to ignore her but today she was working on a carryout order and it was no one else in the restaurant but she told me I was going to have to wait quite a while cuz she was working on this order.
I was insulted. I told her I had an easy sandwich I was on my lunch hour and did have did not have a lot of time.
She did have someone in the back that seemed new but came out and made my sandwich. Another patron came in a nice looking man… The woman who wouldn’t wait on me dropped everything to wait on him
I called her out on it …I said oh you were waiting on him but not me.

We ordered sandwiches and when my husband went to pick them up they were totally wrong. When I called to complain I was told to call a different store to speak with the owner/manager. When I called the other store I was told she was too busy to deal with customer complaints. According to an employee at the store she treats them like dogs and doesn’t care about customers. Stay away from this place!
