I happened to come into the store 5 minutes before closing on 1-22-26. I thought they were still up until 10:00 but nope they close at 9:00 now and I was kind of let down at first. Then I seen somebody pop up from the back and I’m like oh man are you? Are you still open man? He’s like bro. Come on up come on. He was so happy! So helpful! And made everything to order. I only got two things and the service was amazing. A+ top notch. I can’t remember the guy’s name but whoever he was he deserves a raise for how he treated me sooo kind.

Online Ordering was not working and the two workers would not honor the buy 1 foot long, get 1 for $6.99. Told me the deal is only good online, but when explaining that the online ordering was down, they just looked straight through me. No explanation other than saying “the manager is not here on Sundays”. There may have been a language barrier, but I do feel like the deal should have been applied manually. I thought the answer they gave me was garbage. What do they do if they have to void an order? They would 100% need manager approval for that.

Seems petty to write a review like this but it was just a let down. The next closest subway’s online ordering was working fine (not close to me), which made me think that this subway purposely had their online ordering turned off. Just a bad experience

The hours at this location are posted as opening at 8 a.m. I stopped by at 8:30 and the door was still locked. After a couple of minutes they opened the door. If the hours are posted I expect to be able to be served during these hours. When I did order they only had about half of the vegetables out and the oven was not heated up so no toasted sandwich. This seems to be a problem at many of the Subway’s in my area.

Closed down early and refusing customers prior to closing time, stating that the time on the sign is when they leave, not when they stop serving customers. Despite speaking / understanding very limited English, the male worker was extremely rude. Also said that next week they will begin closing at 8:00 and the signs and online will just be wrong. Food is marked as one star because the female worker did finally agree to let me in and make the one sandwich that I needed (with 3 ingredients) and still did it wrong. I’ll drive to a further location from now on, but definitely don’t bother going if you’re within an hour of closing time- they’re already shutting down shop.

We ordered online and our sandwiches were not satisfactory. We called the store to inquire about our problem. Thankfully, they were happy to have us come back and remake our order. Thank you guys! I will return to this location in the future

If you say you are open until 10 then you shouldn’t close before 9. We drove out of our way to come to this subway because it said it was open and my daughter wanted subway for dinner.

Ordered a foot long sub the bread was cold and hard and inedible the veggies was partially frozen and tasted like they been in a refrigerator for days, was the worst service and sandwich I’ve gotten there with new owners will never be back to that location .

We ordered 2 foot longs using delivery with DoorDash. Their website kept crashing and we had to order through Google. When we got the food. Only one of our sandwiches was a foot long and the other sandwich was 6 in. They were unopened. We ordered 2 foot longs. This location doesn’t know the difference between a 6 inch and a foot long. This is why Subway will ALWAYS be trash.

One of the more consistent “fast food,” places in the area. The 2 ladies that work behind the counter are pleasant when we’ve gone in, and our sandwiches are always top tier. My fiancée and I go here regularly and have yet to have a bad experience.
