Service is fine, but the amount of food you get for the price is atrocious. $16 for a hibachi steak and shrimp “build your own” burrito bowl. This is a heavy bowl of rice and black beans. I received 4 small pieces of steak and about 12 mini shrimp. The fajita veggies I asked for was 3 pieces of bell pepper and 4 single strips of onion. Tastes fine, but this is in no way, shape or form worth $16 and I will not be returning.

This is the second time I ordered for pickup and it had been wrong. I ordered a veggie bowl and it didn’t have guac. Another bowl was missing ingredients that were ordered and they added other ingredients that I specifically said not to include. I had to make another trip to get the correct order. Unfortunately I didn’t get both the bowls because the other one wasn’t made correctly either! What a big disappointment. Not a location I’ll choose.

I ordered from them and there was a piece of paper with writings (ink) inside all mixed with the sauces. This is around the 3rd or 4th time ordering from them, never doing that again. I’m pretty sure ink is poisonous in food.

Me and beans don’t get along so I always make sure to not check beans and triple check the order before ordering because clearly there are some people who can’t read yet want to be overpaid to work at fast food. Now before any Karen’s decide I’m being mean I’ve worked to many fast food jobs. It’s not a hard job. Do better. And now like Chipotle another restaurant is on knock off! I work in a solo office and sometimes my day job doesn’t allow me to stop home before my night job so I often order out using delivery apps. Just gonna add another spot to the do not order list. Oh well!
