My wife and I went here to grab some food. My hamburger was the size of a slider hamburger and it didn’t even taste warm. The sodas were flat coming out of the soda machine. The chicken fries I ordered were lukewarm and hard. my wife’s double cheeseburger looked poorly made. the burger didn’t seem to be cooked all of the way.The outside of the store could have used a good cleaning as well as the inside. The windows were dirty and a dining area look like it could have used a quick cleanup.. these are reasons why businesses fail because nobody gives a crap.. if Burger King decides to downsize it stores maybe this is one of them that should be put on the list.

Service was terrible. A line of people were inside waiting to order and no one was even looking at them. After 15 minutes I finally raised my voice and pointed out the growing line of people waiting to order and could someone ignore the line at the drive thru for a few minutes? The line waiting inside applauded loudly and thanked me. The place was clean and the food was good when it finally came.

On Saturday night around 5PM, me and my fiancé stopped here to get some food on our way to a work Christmas party because it was a long drive. The drive-through line was moving very slowly, but obviously that happens so no big deal, the issue was once I got to the window. I ordered a couple cheeseburgers a soda and a 4 piece of mozzarella sticks, they took my money, gave me my soda and then for over 10 long minutes I sat there and watched the employees just play with bags and supplies, no updates on my food or anything, the line was very backed up and due to being in a rush to make it to the party I had to leave without our food I paid for. Almost 30 minutes wasted and I ended up being late to the party, fast food? The absolute worst service I’ve ever seen at any fast food place and that’s saying a lot. If I could give zero stars I would!

Food was great but it took 20 minutes to make 1 whopper. The staff gave compensation by giving us free food but the nice kind elderly man in front of us in line got mustard on his burger which he was allergic to and staff said that they were too busy to fix it while it was me and the guy behind me. There was garbage all over the tables.

Hopped on the burger king app to get some food, wanted to order the limited time deal items, I got the Jack’O Whopper and the Snack Boo-ndle, The funny part is I got charged $32.25, But WAIT It gets BETTER The Snack Boo-ndle I ordered, (The Vampire Nuggets, The Mummy Mozzerla Fries, The Jalapeno Cheddar Bites) Never Recieved yet still got charged for these items, I reach out to support in the app, and they apologized and offered, a (10% Off Coupon) Are you joking me? Is this how you run a Business? I declined nicely and said I just want a partial $7.57 Refund, No answer I get fed up and reply to support saying I didn’t give a “damn” about the 10% Off Coupon and that I just want my Partial Refund, Support then responded by Closing my ticket “due to Profanity” as if You guys didn’t just steal $7.57 From Me, for Items I NEVER RECIEVED, You guys didn’t even think to refund me. I will continue fighting to get my STOLEN Money back. I pay for the food I get the food isn’t that how it works? Apparently with this Place Its “Pay for the Food and If we don’t have it we will still charge the customer” How would you feel if you paid money for a Product in a store and instead of recieveing it you just got charged??? ROUTE 31 BURGER KING AVOID!!!

I tried to avoid this location at all costs due to the poor customer service. The poor attitude. The slow orders that take a very long time at any time of day.
I was doing deliveries and they don’t even bother covering the mouthpiece of the drink with protection. That really bothers me because most places put a sticker over the beverage so that the customer receives the drinks without spilling. I don’t know why it just showed me the lack of customer service.

What an absolute nightmare!! Waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes finally went to the window they said we have to go back around and order but they won’t answer the speaker? ‍♂️ The blonde girl working the front counter is an absolute snob . Lost business to McDonald!

I tried to go to this Burger King yesterday, and we sat at the drive-thru menu speaker for over 5 minutes. Then, when I again said, “Hello,” the woman FINALLY said, she’d be “with us in a minute.” Whelp we left. Because my nephew was starving after being at urgent care for over 3 hours, and that “minute” was another 5 minutes… just to take our order. 10 minutes in a drive-thru line at 9 pm at night is beyond ridiculous. We went to McDonald’s, where he was able to get his meal in like 3-5 minutes.. total. Ordering, paying, and actual food.

Do better, Burger King. If they’re short staffed, say so. If you need more time, say so. Do not let people just wonder and sit.
