Ordered online – we live literally down the street about 3 min away. Saw that the order was out for delivery and the never came. They called me but I didn’t have my phone for maybe 5 min. I called back right a few times, no one answered – sent me to VM. Spent $60 on the order I think and then eventually saw that the order was “complete” on the site and their app. Called the location multiple times and no one ever answered not to mention that we had to work w a bot the whole time. Don’t know if I was even refunded. Waited over an hour for the food and never heard from anyone. This is the only place that delivers pizza w online ordering in our area. It was honestly a waste of time but also fairly goofy. How do you operate a business like that? Took two days to hear back from someone outside of generic emails offering coupons as if that helps. Finally offered a gift card for the amount of my purchase. Why would I want a gift card two days later? Jesus christ, just refund me already. They don’t do refunds for credit even tho everything is automated therefore credit works best for this location clearly. Now I get to wait for a check for a large chain pizza place refund. It’s 2026. Make it make sense. Reading the comments below, this happens regularly. Are we sure this isn’t a pyramid scheme? Clearly you all don’t care or you would have fixed the issue of your drivers not managing to deliver pizza to the right location nor have they remedied the issue of not being able to contact the location for help. I’ve had a better experience at the DMV.

I had a very disappointing experience today. I came to pick up my pizza, but the front door was locked. The employees were clearly inside the kitchen and could see me. I knocked and waved several times, but they completely ignored me.

Another customer was waiting inside, and only when he left was I able to get in. When I asked why the door was locked while customers were trying to pick up orders, the employee just said, “The door is close for some reason” and didn’t seem interested in helping or explaining anything.

It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers should not be ignored when staff can clearly see them waiting outside. I hope management addresses this issue.

This has been the most horrible online order experience. They were over an hour late, the food was delivered cold. We called the company in the Mequon store and the manager was hostile hung up on me. They refused to talk to my husband who actually placed the order so we had to call on another phone line to actually get to speak to somebody in the store. Hate delivering this type of food anyway so this first experience will be the last close that Mequon store!!!!!

Placed order at 6:49 pm tracked order until 8:30pm, at which point the tracker has been stuck on the quality check step for nearly an hour, if not longer. I called the location, and after being put on hold for over 10 minutes, I hung up and called back. I was then told they didn’t know where my order went but it must have gotten delivered to the wrong address and that they would remake my order and get it out to me ASAP. I called back at 9:30 pm and was placed on hold for 20 minutes…So, I hung up again and called back AGAIN…note, this doesn’t account for the several times I called and no one answered, so the call just rang until it automatically ended. In calling back, it was now 10 pm, over 3 hours since my original order was placed, they said my order has yet to be made. Staff blamed understaffing and an overwhelming number of orders being placed. I was offered a refund and the order was cancelled. I will never order from this location again. A complete and total disappointment.

On the bright side, at least I didn’t have to experience over cooked, or worse yet, under cooked items like most of the other reviews for this location.

Usually have decent service at this location. Tonight we ordered a 16 piece wings…order was late, driver said they were short staffed, and the wings were cold. Very disappointed. Tried to call them after delivery, could not get through, no answer. It’ll be a long time before we order from here again…if at all.

They delivered raw dough with slightly melted cheese. I couldn’t even get ahold of anyone in the store to ask how to cook this so it’s safe to eat at home OR get a refund. I’ll be doing a charge back on my credit card- does the franchise owner know you shut your phones off 2 hours before your posted close time and you let customers sit on hold for an hour? This “meal” cost 10$ in delivery fees and tip on top of inedible food cost! Crazy.

I usually never have an issue with this location however I’m very disappointed in the service. I understand it’s late (it’s currently 12:17) this location closes at 1am and I placed an order online at 11:43pm. I literally live about 3 minutes from this location so I’m thinking everything would be smooth. My order was ready in like 10 minutes. When I arrived the doors were locked but I could see a worker making pizzas. I knocked. No answer. So I wait and knock again. After about 5 minutes the employee opens the door to tell me they lock the door at a certain time. I’m like well what time is the last carry out. No response. The employee tells me she will be right with me. I’m like fine it’s late, she goes back to making a whole pizza. No words to me or anything. Then the delivery driver shows up comes in and speaks but went right on like I wasn’t just standing there in the lobby. Unacceptable. So I tell them to cancel my order and left. I refuse to spend my money anywhere I’m ignored. Simple communication goes a long way.

My son ordered a Philly Cheese steak sandwich and Parm. bread twists. Placed the order at 5:59pm and did not receive it until 7:42pm. at the time food was received bread was burnt and cold and the sandwich while edible and also cold. Manager did refund the money, but I had to call 3 times before the food was delivered, and he had assured me that it would be nice and hot (which it was not) Used the tracker and the food was done at 6:23pm and like I said was not delivered until 7:42pm
