I like dairy queen that’s why food is getting a 2 but come on, yall can be a little less lazy. I ordered the barbecue tender box, got no bread slice, and my tenders were barely covered in bbq. Do better Dairy Queen.

My mom and I went to this DQ through the drive thru. When we were ordering the girl was extremely rude. We couldn’t see the prices because it was darker and the prices were in fine print. She snapped at us multiple times. She then told us to pull to the window to get our order saying “it would be easier”. So we pulled up to the window and they totally ignored us and they were talking to each other and laughing while we were ignored for about 5-7 minutes. And even when they came to the window they were really short with us. So we just left. I then called the store and talked with the manager who tried to defend everything. And was extremely rude and brushed me off. Anyway 0/10 recommend. You’re better off at McDonalds.

It didn’t look like mint, she assured me it was mint…..they didn’t even mix it in. I hope in the future they will finish making it, by fully mixing it in. Just makes it look gross and unfinished.

Just to bring it to your attention but I had came in the other day Saturday morning and we weren’t greeted when we came in and I know it’s not a lot to do but some customer appreciate that then waited at the diner counter while wasn’t doing anything I took abt 5-1O minutes before she took our order.and we tried to find a clean spot to sit down but it was flithy nothing wasn’t wiped down. So the we had to clean it ourselves while wait for our order she started to do her makeup right at the front counter, im pretty sure that a health hazard and very unprofessional if she worried abt her as much as her looks as she would for her jibe she could do some what a decent job at work. I’m am unsatisfied with the customer service at the Main Street Dairy Queen

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is what you call a large fry?? And look at this blizzard… My husband and I went into this DQ and ordered 3 items. We were the only ones inside at the time. We waited a good 15 minutes before our number was called. We decided to get it to go since our son was crying. We got home and noticed our large fry was cold and it wasn’t even filled up all of the way…. The blizzard was dripping down the cup and wasn’t even mixed all of the way. We live like 5 minutes away so there’s no way our fries would have already been cold and our blizzard already melted. Makes me think our items were ready and just sitting before they called out our number… I’m not looking to get anything for free and it’s on us for not checking the food before we left. But why should I have to check and make sure my food is correct EVERY TIME! It should just be correct to begin with. It just sucks that this is how customer service has turned into. We are paying more money for terrible quality. We called and asked for a manger to let them know they need to step up their game, but lo and behold there was no manager on shift…. We will never be back to this location and I advise everyone else to stay away from this location until something changes. This isn’t the first time we have gotten terrible quality from them either. Lesson learned.

We waited about 20 minutes in the drive-thru before reaching the speaker to order. I asked for a mini Caramel Toffee Blizzard, my husband ordered a Butterfinger Blizzard, and my son just wanted plain vanilla in a cup. When we finally received our order, all three treats were already melting and leaking everywhere. On top of that, mine wasn’t even the Caramel Toffee Blizzard I ordered it had chunks of chocolate, some kind of filling, chocolate shavings, and peanut butter. After such a long wait, it was extremely disappointing. We would have asked for a remake, but the line was still backed up and the lobby was closed.

The service was horrible and very unprofessional. They forgot to lock the lobby and then proceeded to get mad at us for it. They got our order wrong and they overcharged us, and then told us that we needed to go to the back of the drive thru line after an error that was their fault.

Excellent service and decent food, I got an amazingly priced meal deal with chicken tenders, fries, a sundae, and I replaced my drink with a shake

I was passing through town and stopped for bite. I got the cheeseburger combo. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the drive through peeps, very friendly! And even more impressed with my food! Fresh and HOT! Onion rings right out of the fryer! Yummy
