Went through drive thru tonight. Got a $2.99 regular frosted….the size has been reduced from a full 12 oz. to a partially filled 8 oz. cup ,for the same price. I also got a jr. shredded chicken that had about two tablespoons of dry chicken on it. The chicken should at least come to the edge of the bun. Pretty sad.

Long wait to order and get mediocre food. They were very understaffed relative to the need. The woman taking orders was also filling bags and running them to the drive-through and the indoor counter. She tried really hard, but she didn’t have enough help. The tenderloin was not good at all…very soft and greasy. No crunch to the bite as a proper tenderloin should have. Texture was of highly processed meat…clearly not made from fresh meat. It made a McRib seem like a real rib (LOL!). One of the worst tenderloins I ever had. Sorry I can’t be more upbeat, but a long wait for blah food…nope. Can’t rate it better. The place looks good, though. Cool decor…but bad food.

Food wasn’t as good as it was years ago. Chicken tenders were disgusting so was the chocolate shake. Disappointed since I came up from Atlanta excited about having a taste from home. Horribly expensive now. Simply not worth it anymore. No wonder we were the only customers.

the cups for the milkshakes i ordered were leaking everywhere. they forgot my fries i ordered and got my sandwich order completely wrong. Another time i went through the drive through and they made me pull up to wait for my food. I waited so long that my milkshakes melted, and i ended up having to go inside to get my food myself. When someone finally asked if id been helped and I told them, my food had just been sitting on the counter the whole time.

Great atmosphere but that’s the only good thing here. Employees were borderline rude and zombie like. I’ve literally had better food at a gas station. Definitely not ever returning and leaving this to hopefully save someone else the $$ and time. I have respect for the owner of this establishment but this Definitely doesn’t seem to be his normal run place.
