Good balance between the herbal and meaty flavours in the broth. Staff are super friendly too!
Impressed with the service here. Overall, the pho here is good and worth a try. The street has a couple joints as it stands. For those who like meaty broths, this is your place!

Food was good and restaurant was clean. The tables and seats didn’t feel sticky. They offer a variety of Vietnamese cuisine from the usual beef pho to broken rice, appetizers, drinks, pho ga and even vegetarian stuff. Their beef noodle soup was no too sweet and not too salty so that was nice. Fresh plate of veggies. Huge parking lot so parking isn’t an issue. They got a toy capsule machine too. Even have mini Labubu toys in case anyone is interested.

I had a decent visit to this place for a quick bite on the way home. Upon entering around 6pm, first thing I noticed was, where is everyone? I thought it was closed, all the chairs were on top of the tables upside-down except for the booths.
Young lady greeted me, very cordial. I ordered and paid up front for my meal and smoothie.
When food came out, it was visually mediocre. I ordered barbeque pork with egg cake and rice dish. My meat had 80% fat on it and not cooked all the way, the fish sauce was not made properly as it tasted very generic. Vegetables seem old to the taste so I didn’t finish my meal. The smoothie(avocado) was the only thing done right, not too sugary or ice chunks inside. I left feeling not satisfied with overall experience.
I still would go there but i would order something else, give another try. Definitely order the smoothie again!

One of the few places in the LA area that offer fresh pho. The food was very good and came out very quickly. We ask to swap out the regular pho noodle with fresh pho noodle and the restaurant was very accommodating. This place is now the go to place for pho if we don’t want to go far to OC area. Definitely recommend if you like fresh pho noodle!

I absolutely love this spot for Vietnamese food. Every dish I’ve tried has been consistently flavorful, well-seasoned, and deeply satisfying. My standout favorites include the fried egg rolls, the Banh Mi Bo Kho, and the Bo Luc Lac–each prepared with impressive attention to detail and authentic taste.
There’s still so much on the menu I’m excited to explore, so I’ll certainly be returning to Pho Hai. An honorable mention goes to their Spring rolls, Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Thai Tea, both of which are wonderfully bold, rich, and balanced.
If you’re a fan of Vietnamese food, Pho Hai is a must-visit.

Get the Cơm Bò Lúc Lắc or (shaking beef) and thank me later. Described by my boyfriend as “one of the best things he’s ever eaten” this meal was a 10/10. The meat was so delicious and veggies so fresh – they worked together perfectly.
