The BEST pizza I’ve ever had. We went around 9:30 on a Saturday night and surprisingly wasn’t packed at all but maybe that’s because there’s soo much seating available! The crust wasn’t cheery and was super soft unlike all the other pizza places you go to around here. We will definitely be back.
We ordered inside and waited about 10 min for a hot fresh pizza! The pizza was extremely hot! Hottest pizza we’ve ever had which made the cheese pull great! My 2 yr old loved it! The 14in is perfect for 3-4 people as well. Can’t wait to come back!

I loved their huge delicious salad. It is large enough to be able to be shared. Pizza crust seemed a little soft for our liking and the marinara had a sweet flavor to it. Yet, we still enjoyed it all. They offer indoor or outdoor seating. Large selection of beer on tap. Great place! Will definitely be coming back for more!

Cozy neighborhood pizza joint with the perfect chewy crust and a giant selection of beer and ciders on tap. Picnic tables outside with an area for kids to play. The flying garlic pizza is what you need. The South Austin with its arugula, prosciutto and balsamic glaze, if you’re feeling fancy. Staff is great. They’ll learn your name if you’re there enough. They’re quick and friendly. No shade to the NY pizza place down the street, but Aviator has a better atmosphere. More intimate, less overwhelming if you’re looking for a quiet Thursday night where you don’t feel like cooking and want to be able to enjoy a short break while the kids play nearby.

I’ve only ever been to this Aviator and the one off of Congress and William Cannon in Austin and even though the one in Austin is closer to me, this one is, by far, the better of the two. Me and my friends agree that it has to do with the dough. It’s hard to explain, but get a large pizza from here and see how long it lasts at the size that it is at. I know that is weird, but at the other Aviator they shrink for some reason, while this one doesn’t lose its consistency too fast. I mean I’ve eaten it the next day and it’s still got pretty close to the same texture. Anyways the pizza has never missed here and my favorite is probably the Chicken Bacon Ranch, literally one of, if not, the best things on the menu.

Gluten-free crust available, and it was delicious. Outdoor seating with heaters made it perfect, even on a chilly day.
The stubborn sodas were awesome! Loved the choices, all made with real sugar.
I called ahead to check for allergens. The employee who answered was helpful and patient as we built a pizza and salad that would be safe for me and corn-free.

I was impressed with the pizza. Tasty, filling and good crust. Not a craft beer guy, but I settled for one. Not bad at all. The beer my companion ordered never appeared so they gave her an IPA. She liked it. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff.

Marvelous Calzones! I had the Fresh Basil and Goat Cheese. I added spinach and mushrooms to it it. The dough is perfect. The ingredients top notch. I should also mention the homestyle ranch dressing that was exceptional as a little dipping sauce. Normally, I don’t do that, but it was too good. Also tried the Chicken Greek Salad. It was loaded with huge artichokes and Kalamata olives and stacked with a generous pile of feta cheese. The Greek feta aioli dressing was very impressive. Most importantly, it had a whole cut chicken breast that was very tender and very lean. No cheap ingredients. They have numerous draught brews of different styles to suit your tastebuds and quench your thirst. I had a vanilla cream soda sweetened with agave nectar. Check out their soda fountain. Good stuff! No high-fructose junk. I’m not a pizza snob. I prefer very thin N.Y. style crust and only eat it that way. However, their pizzas looked fabulous with the aforementioned dough, which is splendid. All the toppings are fresh and of top quality; so I assume they have wonderful pizza as well. I just like pizza a particular way. I didn’t go to eat pizza. I wanted a great calzone, and I got one! Couldn’t be happier.

Cheese bread appetizer with marinara was yummo, specialty bbq chicken pizza was delicious when you don’t feel like a red sauce, highly recommend the vegetarian and South Austin for a no meat meal, but the 1 mushroom topping however was skimpy.
Main dig here when we purchased a glass, the supervisor took a used glass from the bar complete with glitter lipstick, wrapped it in a paper bag, and handed it to me.
