Subs, strombolis, and calzones are must haves from this place. Something about their dough and sauce…. so good! Ordered some on side to keep at home. My wife orders the salads and buffalo chips while my kids love the flat bread. Buddy’s and I stop in and grab subs almost every day for lunch!

Great pizza! Spicy cup style pepperoni and really good crust. Had a special running for a large one topping for $10. Pizza came out within 15 minutes. Loved it for a quick and tasty dinner!

On Friday evening, I ordered a deluxe pizza online. I added pineapple to the deluxe. I’ve had Crenos subs before, and was never disappointed, but the pizza I received last night was not what I was expecting. What I got was a deluxe pizza minus all of the toppings except for the pineapple. I received a pineapple cheese pizza, instead of the deluxe. While what I tasted was good, I was really looking forward to the taste that everybody is bragging about. Could it have been the lateness of the hour, and it was just an oversight by the person who put the pizza together? Perhaps. I worked in Food service for over 30 years, so I know mistakes can and often do happen. But as stated previously, I was disappointed with what I received. I hope this review will encourage employees to double check for accuracy before sending the product out. This way things like this can be prevented.

WAS a good place to order from until tonight when I was told that they don’t deliver to my home location anymore. When they have been delivering to us for the past couple years! REALLY!?!
We are inside their delivery map…we didn’t move nor did they change their delivery map!
I spoke to Kacy, the manager who is usually nice, NOT tonight!
I told her this “change” is gonna cost her a customer that is not only loyal but we tip VERY well each order!
Her response was “that’s fine, have a goodnight!” She didn’t give a damn!
I am so frustrated with today’s society treating their customers like they are unnecessary….well try having a job and paying your bills without us loyal customers…you won’t get very far!
So Crenos management, I hope you read this and learn what kind of employees you have “working” for you.
As I will never order from here again!

I’ve ordered a few times and have never been truly disappointed. They’re calzone/Stromboli is great . They give plenty of sauce for even the heaviest dippers. An option I feel you can not go wrong with for a family dinner.

Wow!!!! Everything was amazing, from the customer service to the food! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My five year old and I ate while my husband had oral surgery done (we live an hour away). We each got the lunch special (a personal pizza with a drink and chips) and an order of the cinnamon bread. All of it was delicious and finished off later that night for a bedtime snack 20/10 would visit them again!

I prefer contacting the company directly. However, I have looked all over their site and I can only find a link about franchising. So, if this is the only way to contact them this is what I will use. I have order from the Lancaster Oh locations many times. That is why I didn’t mind to much paying $38 for a pizza and a small Cinnamon bread. I ordered online and had my pick up to be at 12:05 PM on 4/6 (ticket #4). When I went to pick up the pizza, I waited in the parking lot for a couple of minutes since I was early, the pizza was already sitting in the heater case. Unfortunately, that did not help. The pizza was cold, poorly made and missing one of the toppings I paid for. The Cinnamon bread had to be a left over from last night. So not only was the pizza horrible, I also have the regret of added a $6 tip to the order when I purchased it online.
