Tried Pho Hong Long for the first time today and really enjoyed it. The place was cute with a big mom-and-pop vibe. Our waiter was super sweet — we only saw him when he took our order, but honestly that was fine since we didn’t need anything else and everything came out smoothly.
The pho was really good: tender brisket, flavorful broth, and solid noodles. I also ordered shrimp spring rolls and loved that my boyfriend and I each got our own dipping sauce. I don’t mind sharing food, but I do mind sharing sauces because of double-dipping lol.

Pho Hong is a longtime favorite! The soup is always rich and savory, and the spring rolls are top-notch. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years — consistently delicious!”

After picking up some stuff for work nearby, I wanted a nice bowl of pho. I saw this place which reminded me of another place in long Beach that used to have the same name. The pho was good. Nice flavor to it. The noodles it self could’ve been better. It was a little mushy. I usually order an extra side of onions. While I love lots of onions, this was a bit much and I felt bad not eating it all. Overall it’s a nice place for pho. The server was a bit weird. He would come by and ask how things were randomly but when I actually needed a refill of water he would not come or when he would walk by he would look the other way to avoid me lol.

I absolutely love this place. the best pho and spring rolls ever!!!! i get beef pho and it’s always done with perfection. i love how the bowls are always filled and when it’s a larger size bowl it seems like they add more noodles instead of just broth. the spring rolls are as big as my hand and they give 2 as appetizers. SO GOOD. My husband and i ALWAYS come here for pho and recommend thai place to our friends and families.

Their broth is amazing and my seafood pho was delicious! The portions are great for the price and the hefty toppings they bring for the table are much appreciated. I ate with a group of three and we were all happy with the meal.

I’ve been going here since early 2000’s and I still eat the same thing, pho tai, every time I come here. One of the best pho restaurants in South Bay Area. Highly recommended.
