I’ve now had two bad experiences in a row at this location, and tonight was the final one.
I spent $58 on my order, including an up charged pasta I hadn’t tried. The pasta I received was burnt beyond edible, clearly broiled in a disposable foil pan, and completely stuck to the bottom. It was not just overcooked it was inedible.
I called the store to request a refund and spoke with the assistant store manager. The call was handled extremely poorly. I was placed on hold, the phone was put down with no response, and when he returned he openly admitted he did not know how to resolve the issue. When I asked who performs quality control checks on food leaving the store, I was told delivery drivers do. Which is unacceptable and deeply concerning from a food-handling standpoint.
Because the call went nowhere, I drove to the store to show them the food. At that point I was told the district manager had just arrived. I was offered a remake or store credit, not a refund. Since I wasn’t getting anywhere, I agreed to a remake.
I then stood there watching orders go out for 10 minutes while my remake was delayed. The assistant manager was nowhere to be seen. To his credit, the district manager prepared the remake himself, which I appreciated. However, when checking me out, he added a $20 store credit usable only at this location, after I had already stated I would not be returning.
I declined the credit and left the food. At this point, the issue is no longer just a bad meal it’s lack of leadership, lack of quality control, and lack of accountability.
This location has serious operational problems, and management is fully aware of them. I will not be returning.

All I wanted was a pizza…. A SINGLE PIZZA… Welllllll after three phone calls and almost 3 hours of waiting, I told them I wanted a refund… kicker is after 30 more minutes a pizza arrived at my doorstep. Ice cold…. I told them I had already got confirmation on a refund when they delivered it. I don’t blame the delivery driver in this situation. But now we will see if I actually get a refund.

Play always seem to forget toppings I don’t understand it. If I order a large ultimate pepperoni pizza and order Italian sausage as an extra topping and pineapple is an extra topping, they only put pepperoni on it. Then they seemed annoyed when you call up and complain but when you tip a extra before you even look at your food I think you have a right to be a little annoyed especially when it happens all the time at this location

Updating this review to a one star now after my latest order. If I could give the drivers a 5 star I would but unfortunately the cooking staff is who gets my 1 star. Ordered tonight and there wasn’t anything good to say about it. Loaded tots came with nothing but tots and a sprinkle of burnt bacon, pizza came uncut and little to no cheese on it, and my sandwich was pretty much the only thing that was good and I think good is a stretch. There going to have to figure out how to fix there kitchen results before this place deserves anything higher than a 1 star

Everytime i order its 50-50 if its going to be good or just terrible. Most of the time it looks they threw it together and said looks good enough. One time my girlfriend walked in there asking for a icing cup they forgot to put in our box and the worker threw two cups at her. Once they fix the inconsistencies with there food and put there workers in check I will change it to 5 stars. I love dominos and there food but lately I have been deciding to ordering elsewhere.

I was disappointed when I was out of town for work and placed an order for what I thought was a local dominos with my updated address. However apparently I used this stores address and placed and order for my hotel 395 miles away and they wouldn’t deliver the pizza. Lol They were kind enough to call and let my wife know I order from the wrong store and canceled my order for me so I could order from the right store. Every one got a laugh out of that.
