Horrible service. We were double charged, still pending, got here at 6 and 40 min later had to cancel my order as it was still not ready.
Standing there for 40 min as crowds were coming and going no one looked my direction to assure me that they were even working on my order.
3 pizzas and wings was it. Pepperoni and cheese. Nothing extreme.
The gentleman who I spoke to was empathetic and should be commended. The general manager on the other hand was there and did nothing. I wonder if it linked to the other 1 stars review.

This is the absolute worst location ever! The last few times I’ve ordered online here my orders have always been screwed up in one way or another. These screw ups have caused me to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for my orders. One incident they claimed to have “called me” in regards to one of my items being out of stock, yet I never received a call on my end and not only did I NOT get a refund but nothing was offered to accommodate that item being out of stock. Throw the whole building away!

I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizza one being a custom one of sausage. Easy right….yeah well that’s not what I got. I think I got ham? No one will answer the phone to see what can be done and then you just get hung up on. I don’t know if that is someone picking it up and hanging up or just after waiting so long it disconnects you. Shouldn’t be surprised because while waiting for my pizza the phone was ringing non stop and not 1 person acknowledged that the phone was even ringing.

Beyond excited they put one near me finally. It would be even more perfect if they took ebt. But that has no bearing towards their rating. 5 stars everyone keep up the great work and bringing delicious freshly made pizza to our community on the daily 🙂

After my wife placed an order and got there at 9:50, she was turned away while telling her they threw away our order. I’m not sure what business closes and locks the doors before the time the door says the closing time is. Plus, watching the manager shake her head at the guy who actually tried to do his job properly. This place needs better management. Or just post on the door that they will close wwheneverthey want. That would save the community time to even try to get there.

I know I’m not the smartest guy, but if it says closed at 10 pm. I would expect them to be OPENED until then.

Usually have a fine experience, but I’ve also found animal hairs in 2 pizzas that I’ve had over the last few months. Please make sure you and your clothes are clean.

Ordered pizza here at new locations now 2 times. We know it’s new, so going to try to be kind. 1st time we went in. New people, trying hard. Got home with order after waiting a whike and pizzas burnt…..
Figured we’d order through door dash a second time. Order was sent to this location. Missing items, Burnet pizza again and a they didn’t follow instructions on a custom round. Get they’re new. But I would not recommend going here. I’ll be going back to 43rd or 67th to be safe.
