The catfish spring rolls get all the attention, for good reason, but don’t skip out on their other dishes. Noodle soups and bun cha were amazing as well. If it wasn’t for the location being tucked away, this place deserves more traffic.

Everything is BIGGER in Texas, and specifically in this case, the KRISPY baked fish, southern Vietnam style!
Been here before and have not try the fish crispy baked, …. Mostly because we didn’t have time.
This time, my sis and bro called in and ordered ahead of arrival … meaning while we were on the highway!
Service wise, nice people … but I can see they are extremely short handed!
Food wise, impressive baked fish they brought out!
I wish they give us a bit more options when it come to dipping sauces!

We love Ca Nuong. Today is our first time trying Ca Nuong here. When we walked in I recognized the long long time chef, I told my friends I knew that man, ca nuong will be good. We just want to try ca nuong today since the quality of ca nuong from the other restaurants went down. Oh my goodness, it’s so tasty and delicious. You can ask for fish sauce (nước mắm) if you don’t like the traditional sauce (mắm nêm). I strongly recommend you to try cá nướng, you won’t be disappointed. . We love their tea too, they serve the tea instead of water, what a great idea!

I was adamant about trying another “cá nướng” place after the quality of Saigon Block went downhill.
But oh boy, this place is amazing. From the quality of the fish to the crispiness, everything is on point.
They also carry a lot of specialty dishes like goat (dê xào lăn) and buttered scallops (sò điệp chiên bơ).
TLDR: amazing Vietnamese food, highly recommended.

This.place is well known for this baked catfish, but it’s starting to get over saturated in the area with 3 other places that also make it.
I got the combination pho, com thit nuong bi cha, bun tom thit nuong cha gio, and Cafe sua da.
The coffee was on the sweeter side, not horrible but not my favorite.
Pho, I think could’ve given more meat but otherwise the flavor was great.
The rice and vermicelli portions were great and the meat was soft and flavorful. Definitely coming back to try more!
